Saya menginap di THE 1O1 Bandung Dago dan overall pengalaman saya sangat menyenangkan. Dari awal datang sampai check-out, semuanya berjalan dengan cukup baik. Menurut saya, hotel ini cocok banget untuk yang sedang mencari tempat menginap di Bandung dengan lokasi strategis, kamar yang nyaman, pelayanan yang ramah, dan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap. Hal pertama yang paling saya suka dari hotel ini adalah lokasinya. THE 1O1 Bandung Dago berada di area yang sangat strategis, sehingga cukup mudah untuk pergi ke berbagai tempat di Bandung. Mau cari makanan, coffee shop, shopping, atau jalan-jalan ke area Dago dan sekitarnya juga cukup mudah. Buat saya yang tidak ingin terlalu banyak menghabiskan waktu di perjalanan, lokasi hotel ini benar-benar menjadi salah satu nilai plus. Saat pertama kali datang, kesan saya terhadap hotel ini juga cukup bagus. Lobby-nya terlihat modern, bersih, dan nyaman. Suasananya tidak terlalu formal sehingga terasa welcoming. Proses check-in juga berjalan dengan lancar dan staff yang melayani cukup ramah. Saya suka ketika staff hotel bisa memberikan pelayanan yang friendly tanpa terasa berlebihan, dan itu yang saya rasakan selama menginap di sini. Untuk kamar, menurut saya cukup nyaman dan sesuai dengan ekspektasi. Desainnya modern dan terlihat cukup stylish. Ukuran kamarnya juga masih terasa nyaman untuk beristirahat. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, sehingga setelah seharian jalan-jalan di Bandung bisa langsung istirahat dengan tenang. Kondisi kamar saat saya masuk juga bersih dan rapi. Kebersihan menjadi salah satu hal yang cukup saya perhatikan kalau menginap di hotel, dan sejauh pengalaman saya di sini cukup memuaskan. Kamar, tempat tidur, lantai, dan area kamar mandi terlihat terawat. Fasilitas di dalam kamar juga cukup lengkap untuk kebutuhan menginap. Tidak ada sesuatu yang terasa terlalu kurang atau membuat saya tidak nyaman selama stay. Yang saya suka lagi adalah suasana hotelnya. Walaupun berada di area yang cukup ramai, suasana di dalam hotel tetap terasa nyaman. Setelah seharian beraktivitas di luar, rasanya enak bisa kembali ke hotel dan beristirahat tanpa merasa terlalu berisik. Untuk breakfast, menurut saya juga cukup worth it. Pilihan makanannya lumayan beragam, mulai dari menu Indonesia sampai beberapa pilihan lainnya. Jadi untuk sarapan beberapa hari pun masih ada pilihan yang berbeda-beda. Rasanya juga cukup enak dan secara keseluruhan penyajiannya baik. Area restorannya juga cukup nyaman untuk sarapan santai. Saya juga sempat menikmati fasilitas hotel dan menurut saya cukup lengkap untuk ukuran hotel di tengah kota. Ada swimming pool dan gym yang bisa digunakan oleh tamu. Kolam renangnya cukup menyenangkan, terutama kalau menginap bersama keluarga atau anak-anak. Untuk yang memang suka olahraga saat travelling, keberadaan gym juga menjadi nilai tambah. Namun yang paling membuat saya merasa nyaman selama menginap sebenarnya adalah service dari staff-nya. Beberapa kali saya membutuhkan bantuan dan staff cukup responsif. Mereka juga ramah dan helpful. Menurut saya hal seperti ini penting karena pengalaman menginap bukan hanya tentang bagus atau tidaknya kamar, tetapi juga bagaimana kita diperlakukan sebagai tamu. Untuk family trip, menurut saya hotel ini juga cukup recommended. Lokasinya strategis, fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, dan suasananya nyaman. Kalau membawa keluarga, tidak terlalu sulit mencari tempat makan atau kebutuhan lainnya karena banyak pilihan di sekitar hotel. Untuk pasangan atau yang ingin staycation juga cocok. Hotelnya punya suasana yang cukup modern dan nyaman. Bisa juga dijadikan pilihan kalau sedang ada urusan bisnis di Bandung karena aksesnya mudah ke berbagai area. Ada beberapa hal kecil yang menurut saya masih bisa ditingkatkan, terutama terkait area parkir ketika hotel sedang ramai. Area parkir bisa terasa cukup terbatas sehingga perlu sedikit lebih sabar ketika kondisi sedang penuh. Tapi bagi saya hal tersebut masih bisa dimaklumi dan tidak sampai mengganggu keseluruhan pengalaman menginap. Secara keseluruhan, saya merasa puas menginap di THE 1O1 Bandung Dago. Hotel ini menurut saya punya kombinasi yang cukup lengkap: lokasi strategis, kamar nyaman, kebersihan baik, fasilitas cukup lengkap, breakfast beragam, dan yang paling penting staff-nya ramah. Kalau ditanya apakah saya akan kembali menginap di sini saat ke Bandung lagi, jawabannya yes, definitely! Salah satu alasan utamanya karena lokasinya sangat convenient dan pengalaman menginap saya secara keseluruhan cukup menyenangkan. Buat yang sedang mencari hotel di Bandung, khususnya area Dago dan pusat kota, saya pribadi cukup recommended THE 1O1 Bandung Dago.
