They missed our airport pickup, but they were very apologetic. Room was large, but the pillows were a little firm for our liking. Huge bed. Beautiful garden path.lovely view and easy access to beach. Good wifi. Close to bank/services. Very quiet. We will be back

The stay was absolutely amazing! All the people at the hotel were very very friendly. There is continuous hot water, WiFi is available throughout the hotel, the private beach at the back of the hotel is very clean and not at all crowded! The receptionists and all the other staff are very helpful and when I was in a fix with my flight tickets, they went out of their way to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay in Nusa Dua, with no noise or any other disturbance and a great, friendly set of locals to interact with!

Stayed for a week.. could have easily stayed longer.. If you are looking for a true balanese style small friendly reasonably priced resort right on a fab beach then give it a go. Staff are only too happy to help, get you anything you need and went out of their way to help us while we were there. Its not a five star Hilton, but that's not what we were looking for, and if you like the local flavour when travelling this has sure got it. Your'e not treated just as a "room number"

スタッフさんが親切でした。いつ、何を聞いてもいつも笑顔で困った時にはすごく相談しやすかったです。部屋は、とても広くてベッドの他にも椅子や机が複数個あったりととても便利でした。シャワーの水圧が弱く、また流しても肌がなんとなくぬるぬるする感じがありました。湯船を溜めるのには1時間もかかるし、なんとなく緑っぽいお湯でした。

If you're budget conscious, this place is perfect. Location is awesome and you get to enjoy the pool and same beach with Holiday Inn and Conrad. Old Balinese style embraced in beautiful garden, really quiet and the polite staff is a plus. Our room was ok but the bed isn't comfy and the towels are awfully old. However, we were out all day so it didn't matter much. Simple buffet breakfast included.

We loved the setting, this fairytale garden with little ponds and mossy gods and demons. It's wheelchair accessible except for the two steps up to the restaurant and a steep step over a portal into the room which would need a little excercise. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Bathrooms a little outworn. Airconditions need servicing. Personnel enjoy easygoing jobs, without proper managerial supervision. The little pool is a real add-on not to be missed as the sea in front is dominated by watersports. As the Conrad's next door is currently renovated building activity disturbs the tranquility. But the many birds and squirrels that inhabit the hotel grounds don't mind.

In this garden hotel you enter in history. There are two layers here: “the ocean villas” are beautifully and richly decorated traditional Balinese villas, probably quite old. “The luxury suites” (that truly are beautiful and huge!) – where I stayed - are probably from 1950’s. It had been nice to have the tale of the hotel been told to you for instance in a brochure, together with the practical information, that also seemed to originate from some distant decade. The place feels dormant. Everything, except the A/C, telephones and fridge, are probably the same as it was from the start. And I hope things are kept original, but many things could benefit from proper maintenance. For instance, my bathroom door had some water damage and had started to crack. It should be repaired or replaced with a new one. The drain in the outdoor shower did not work. The cupboard had never been dusted. It was so dirty I didn’t even want to put my luggage there. The whole place was so dusty (curtains and mosquito net had probably not been washed for a while) that I, who don’t have asthma, got breathing problems! It got better when I ventilated the room properly and the cleaning guys (I have noticed that wherever they have male cleaning personnel, the result is worse that if you have female one!) had done their job next morning. The curtains hang wrong. Cushions on the chairs would be nice. The mattresses on the sunbeds at the pool looked dirty and old. The shower at the (very ice) pool should be

Staff very friendly. Seems to be one of the only traditional and small hotels left in the area. Room was a good size with an inside and outside shower so you have the choice. Room was clean, huge mosquito nets all the way around the 4 poster bed which was great. Breakfast was ok, choice of veggie, American and Indonesian styles. As well a second pastries, cereal and toast. Fruit had ants on it tho unfortunately. Seating area overlooked the ocean so very picturesque. Pool area small but very quiet and looked clean. Communal toilet in the eating area was disgusting though. Only real bad point to mention. Cheap and cheerful compared to the rest. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

Nice hotel for the price, very spacious room / bathroom, and well kept garden area. Bar was a bit disappointing, stick with just ordering a beer here. Breakfast was very good. Overall, would give this one a thumbs up!
