Beautiful hotel next to the beach, close walk to the centre for all the restaurants. Rooms where spacious and very nice and comfortable, hotel staff excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, serene, and lovely place to stay. Well situated. Stylish pool. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is not provided, so you must go out to find breakfast. However, this is a great place.

Kami tinggal di hotel ini selama satu malam dan harga yang mereka tawarkan tidak sesuai dengan yang kami harapkan. Mereka mencoba untuk memperbaiki tetapi Anda dapat melihat bahwa hotel ini cukup rusak, dindingnya sangat tua dan begitu pula kusen pintu dan jendelanya. Air di kamar mandi tidak memiliki tekanan dan ruangannya tidak nyaman secara umum. Saat masuk pada malam hari, tirai dan lantai penuh dengan serangga hitam kecil. Karena semua alasan ini, harganya tinggi dan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang mereka tawarkan. Lokasinya bagus dan area umum terpelihara dengan baik meskipun area kolam dihitung memiliki 3 tempat tidur gantung.

Recently, my husband and i stayed at the Mandalika conference. We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, directly across from the beach and within walking distance of cafes. It was quiet with a pool and a lush garden. The value for money was excellent! The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. On request, the room was cleaned, and sheets and towels were changed. We stayed upstairs with a balcony which provided a breeze and a pleasant view. Needaa at reception went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we really appreciated her wonderful service and willingness to please. Thanks to the excellent location and excellent service at Mandalika Confidential, we had a very happy week in the south of lombok.

Sejujurnya saya tidak tahu harus mulai dari mana. Ketika kami tiba, kami memperhatikan bahwa semuanya kotor. WiFi sangat buruk dalam tes kecepatan dan terkadang gagal total. Selain semua serangga, setelah 3 hari digigit laba-laba, tempat tidur kami juga penuh dengan lalat ini. Kami kemudian diizinkan pindah ke kamar baru tetapi tidak lebih baik di sini. Lebih sedikit lalat, yang menyenangkan karena seluruh dinding tidak tertutup. Tapi ada masalah baru di sini. Lantainya juga sangat kotor. Jendela kamar mandi terbuka dengan kelambu berlubang. Jendela besar lainnya juga tidak menutup. Selalu terbuka 1 cm. Tidak masalah. Pesan moral dari ceritanya, carilah akomodasi yang lebih baik, sungguh tidak keren di sini.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The pool is incredibly pleasant and soothing, and its conveniently located near all the shops. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with booking a scooter and doing laundry. I highly recommend staying here!.

Yuri, petugas pemeliharaan, sangat membantu. Sekali lagi terima kasih atas bagasi lebih dari 50 kg yang tidak perlu diragukan. Adapun Tari, dia adalah resepsionis yang luar biasa! Baik hati dan sangat perhatian, dia tahu cara merawat tamu dengan baik. Jadi bisa dikatakan, resepsionis terbaik yang pernah saya temui dalam hidup saya sebagai seorang musafir! We will definitely return when in lombok, strong recommendation! Clean, comfortable, and very spacious rooms, we live in the small gared and the lovely pool! The location is great, just a short walk from kuta, and the beach is right in front of your door. Minimarket and Alfa art are next door. Mila was very kind and helpful and even organized a transsport to the airport as well as scooters which were top notch.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Confidential mandarina. The service was topnotch kind, proactive, offering tips, and arranging transportation. The homestay was very clean and had good functioning air conditioning, which isnt always the case when traveling in the area. The location is close to horeca, shops, beaches, and tourist attractions. The vibe has a nostalgic feel of a bali 20 years ago. Compared to its larger neighbor, it is less touristic and more authentic. But this will soon change because the government is already installing sezs to make it a second bali, so be quick to invest, haha. Highly recommended, especially to rani and jo!.

Harganya terlalu mahal untuk apa yang Anda dapatkan. Yang bagus hanyalah pusat kebugaran dan kolam renang. Kamarnya cukup bagus. Namun, tidak ada tempat penyimpanan pakaian. Kami tidak mendapatkan layanan kebersihan kamar, tetapi seseorang dari staf memasuki kamar dan mencuri uang dari ransel saya. Mereka tidak menawarkan solusi, mereka menunggu sampai saya meninggalkan pulau untuk memberi tahu saya bahwa saya harus pergi ke polisi untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Sebenarnya, tidak mungkin bagi seseorang yang sedang berlibur untuk kembali ke tempat yang telah mereka kunjungi, apalagi untuk sesuatu yang mungkin tidak akan terselesaikan. We had a great time while staying here. The staff was incredibly friendly and even arranged a taxi transfer and laundry for us. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed! It was only a 100meter walk from the beach and a short walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!.

The first place we stayed in kuta lombok, the location is great because it is right on the beach. The rooms are tidy and spacious, but the beds are not very comfortable which does not help with getting a good sleep. We had problems with noise from neighbours and rooms above you, security really needs to keep people in check if they want to be outside having conversations at midnight, especially if the rooms have no soundproofing. The staff at reception are friendly and do their best to help you out, but this place really needs to find a solution to the noise to keep it peaceful.
