Das Zimmer wurde nicht wie abgemacht gereinigt. Erst als wir am Abend zurück waren, wollten sie reinigen.. Badwanne war dreckig. Als wir eingetroffen sind (ca. 14 Uhr) war der Empfang nicht besetzt. Wir mussen ca. 30 Minuten warten. Person am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich. Als wir abgereist sind, hat er uns unterstellt, dass wir eine Wasserflasche mitgenommen haben. Was wollen wir damit? Dann hat er mit dem Smartphone ein Foto von mir und meiner Begleitung gemacht. Wie Kriminelle, sehr komisch Schöner Pool. Traumhafte Aussicht. Küche nicht benutzt.

The Griya is a fantastic location and a view to die for with friendly staff and clean accommodation. Room layout 2 bedrooms being separate was private. Only thing our friends were originally in room 4 until I said this was arranged 9 months prior and they moved our friends which was great. Rooms 6 and 7 had interconnected door which enabled our friends to share facilities. Great for the kids and adults too. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating from booking early to kitchen, bar staff and cleaners. The private infinity pool in our villa was outstanding. The kitchen fully equipped with all utensils if you needed to cook but we did not as the restaurant was great. The rooftop bar loved it as it was our happy place. Not far from diving spots which were world class. (Definitely recommend fresh fins)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier und würden dieses Ressort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn man es mit vielen anderen Hotels in Bali vergleicht, merkt man schnell dass die Lage und Ausstattung ziemlich gehoben ist. Die Lage der Villen am Hang mit private Pool und Sicht aufs Meer ist schon einmalig und kaum zu toppen. Sowas ist alleine deshalb schon kaum zu finden. Wer nun ganz pingelig ist, wird feststellen, dass manche Gardine etwas genäht werden müsste, ein Rolladen nicht vollständig funktioniert oder die Poolliege etwas verzogen ist. Aber: das ist bewertet nach typisch deutscher Kritik. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch sonst ist alles sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Deshalb sind 5 Sterne hier wirklich voll verdient!

Stayed for 8 nights in a deluxe villa - everything was great. Few things were or broke down during our stay, but all were handled immediately. Food was good, the list being pretty long - they had a daily recommendation, so we followed that. Staff was super helpful and helped us find things to do. Got transported from and to airport by them and the driver managed to get us safely through the somewhat chaotic traffic. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Kami tinggal di vila Ketika Anda berjalan melewati pintu, semuanya luar biasa tetapi ketika Anda melihatnya lebih dekat, masalahnya segera jelas dan beberapa tidak dapat diterima untuk bintang 5: air mancur tidak dingin, ruangan penuh dengan lebih dari 100 nyamuk, perlengkapan mandi (sikat gigi, obat kumur, sudah digunakan dan tidak ada yang memeriksa dan menggantinya), Soal pemandangannya, sangat indah tapi sayang kita hanya melihat atap vila di depan dan juga, bodohnya mereka menanam pagar mini di sepanjang kolam renang. Akibatnya, saat berada di kolam renang, laut tidak terlihat karena hanya pagar tanaman. Staf hotel sangat membantu tetapi tata graha tidak kompeten dan tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris (untuk memberi Anda gambaran, ikuti nyamuk yang saya panggil mereka. Mereka masuk ke kamar saat kami berada di restoran. Dan begitulah mereka hampir tiba di restoran meminta saya untuk datang dan membukakan pintu vila untuk mereka). Kami menaruh banyak harapan dan harapan pada hotel yang sering memenangkan penghargaan ini dan pada akhirnya kecewa. Lokasinya kurang ideal karena jauh dari Amed (sekitar 3 km).

We had the most incredible stay at the Griya Villas! It is truly one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties I have ever stayed at. The views and grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The staff consistent go above and beyond, they are so on top of all of your needs! The food is delicious, I could go on and on!

Was uns gefallen hat: - sehr schöne Lage des Hotels mit Blick in die Natur sowie auf die Küste und das Meer - sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und im Service - schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit toller Aussicht sowie Außenpool und Garten - leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen - schöner Spa und gute Massagen Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - der Fitnessraum war nicht so ansprechend (keine guten Trainingsgeräte, kein Fenster mit Blick nach draußen) - beim Abendessen war nicht immer alles vorrätig, was auf der Karte angeboten wurde - das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Amed

We loved our stay at the Griya Villas and spas. We had one of the deluxe villas with a private pool and ocean view. The view is spectacular. It's like 2 villas with a courtyard. The living room / kitchen villa is so relaxing. The common areas of the hotel are also very nice and clean. The pool is very beautiful. It was very quiet when we were there, which made the stay very enjoyable. The spa therapists are very good and the spa offer is great. Watch out if you take the yoga classes. Make sure to tell the teacher not to touch you. He adjusted my husband without asking him and caused a big contracture to his back, which really made the end of our stay not so pleasant. Make also sure to ask about the hotel complimentary shuttle to go to Amed. It runs a few times every day. Amed has basically a taxi cartel where they harrass Grab drivers if they're in the area so they can keep charging tourists 100,000 IDR (10 AUD) for a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend renting a scooter when you're there. Overall I think it's the nicest hotel to stay at when you're in Amed. Highly recommend it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Griya Villas. Location was superb for diving with many dive shops and dive sites just around the corner. Hotel staff did a wonderful job in accommodating all our wishes. They also went above and beyond to get our lost luggage from the airport. Food at the restaurant was tasty, nicely presented and great value for the money. We also appreciated a possibility to have breakfast at our villa, especially during the early mornings we went for a dive. Only drawback was very small flies(?) which occasionally bothered us during the night. Overall a great stay, excellent service at this interesting and less touristy part of Bali!

Best view ever right on the ocean when you wake up. Big spaces . Great service and staff . Very good food. Close to the main beaches for snorkeling. For the rest you will need a private driver or rent a scooter ( but a bit dangerous in amed ) . I highly recommend
