The room is very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only give 4 stars to the receptionist who asked me to show me the swing pool when i arrived at 12 am. It was dark there and i didnt see the floor with holes. I felt down, hitting both legs and breaking my phone. Unfortunately!.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Particularly this hotel location and rooms which are 34 sq meters. Hotel located in seminyak, but in a very quiet place. From here i reached the beach 20 minutes by walk, around a lot of good restaurants (ling, urban bites, da Maria, nostimi, mauri, etc. ), nightclubs like les toilets (15 minutes walk, laundry, etc. The hotel was like a villa for me because i didnt see any other guest. Very nice, pleasant and kind staff who always tried to help me.

Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu (plus Mbok Komang yang selalu menyapa dan tersenyum ramah), menu sarapan sehingga bisa belajar menu barat yang sangat variatif, lokasi sangat dekat kemana-mana, tersedia sewa motor di hotel, ada dapur kecil dan peralatan masak untuk diri sendiri, kamar deluxe yang sangat luas, apalagi kamar suite yang sangat luas. 9 Hari menginap di 3 kamar hotel di Visala, rasanya tidak ada kekurangan sama sekali.

I will stay at this hotel again the next time i visit seminyak. The wifi was stable and the speed was 70 mbps. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. Although the hotel itself is not brand new, i have no complaints because it is in excellent condition. Breakfast is available every morning on the roof, and it was always tasty and satisfying for me. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. Thank you! It seems to be a good value for the money. They also have an interesting offer called motorbike package, where you can ride one of their motorcycles while staying at the hotel. I had a honda vario available, but i had already had another motorcycle. The absence of an elevator mentioned in other reviews was not a problem for me. The most spacious rooms indeed have less natural lightning, because there is a corridor right outside the window. If it matters to you, choose a different room with direct sunlight coming to your window.

I stayed for 4 nights and everything was good. My kids love the bathtub and the bed. Unfortunately the swimming pool doesnt look good because looks like it has been abandoned. Maybe not in use. Limited selection of breakfast. The hotel staff are very helpful. Thank you.

Our room was quite large. The included breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. The hotel and room were both spotless. The personnel were pleasant. The value for the money was excellent.

This place is tucked away from the main road, so its nice and quiet. The rooftop view is amazing, the staff is polite, and the breakfast is good. I recommend trying the spa service. Its very relaxing, the price is very good and the service is great overall. Very convenient location, many restaurants within a 10minute walk. Taxis circle the area. One downside is that the building lacks an elevator.

This hotel offers excellent value in the heart of seminyak. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent value for the online offer they offered me. The included use of a scooter was necessary because, while ideally located for me, near Seminyak and not too far from canggu, transportation is required to get around. Apart from the delicious pancakes, the breakfasts were a little disappointing. The laundry service was quick and of high quality, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very comfortable, everything is clean and the service is excellent. However, some walls have mold and there is no elevator, so if you have trouble climbing stairs this isnt your hotel. Anyway, the hotel is in a good location to visit nearby attractions such as the uluwatu temple and many restaurants. Thank you very much for the warm service you gave us.

Overall, its a good place to stay for those looking for quiet and peaceful accommodation. I stayed here for 3 nights in the month of june 2018. The hotel is located in the seminyak area. A quiet and peaceful place to rest. The hotel itself doesnt have much to offer in terms of amenities. Just a swimming pool and a restaurant. The swimming pool was quite small. The restaurant on the rooftop is breathtaking. Even though it is a bit small, the view is amazing and the fresh air blowing through every morning during breakfast time is refreshing. The room is quite comfortable, but the view is limited as there is no view from the room window. Parking can be quite a hassle as this is a small hotel and there is no parking space especially for cars. The staff were polite and dedicated to providing service.
