They gave us fruit snacks and meals at the well-organized tour. We also took the river in large tubes. You shouldn't miss tube rafting immediately after your stay. I suggest Thomas' Retreat. Stay, hike, and have fun talking with thomas and his team. We stayed at Thomas Retread and traveled through the jungle with them. About Tomas and his crew. Each one of them was incredibly helpful and cordial. They will answer your questions about the region and jungle. They are more than eager to assist you if you require transportation or anything else. Even in advance. Thomas and his crew make a real difference while staying at Butit Pla. The lodging. Everything was tidy and comfortable. The retread is directly on the river, where you can get some into the forest. We were also able to swim in the river, which is shallow and the river isn't strong. The cuisine was excellent, and there was a good variety of fresh juice options. We couldn't have asked for more for the jungle tour. Their knowledge of the forest and the creatures living there is quite wide. They were able to tell us a lot of things. A fruit snack and meal-sharing excursion was also well-organized. We also went down the river in large tubes. Rafting should not be a distraction for your stay. Overall, it was a terrific time

My entire stay at Thomas Retreat was fantastic! If you ever get the chance to go to Samara's north to see the orang tans, do it! And, if it's your turn, stay at Thomas Retreat! Thomas and his entire staff are extremely helpful, professional, humorous, and experienced. We arranged an airport transfer via Thomas, which went smoothly, stayed at his residence for three nights, and participated in a one-day trekking tour through the jungle. The accommodations were exactly as described, with an incredible view, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff made us feel at home there. A special thank you to Thomas himself, who organized a lovely birthday surprise for my friend, marius, who showed us around the village and shared a lot about nature, and Ren and Toni, who were the best jungle guides we could have imagined. We will undoubtedly return! Michelle and Julia.

Saya menginap di The Thomas Retreat bulan lalu selama dua malam dan saya menikmati liburan paling luas biasa. Kami melakukan trekking sehari, hrdnya menantang dari yang saya bayangkan. Tapi tebing di akhir membuat semuanya tidak sial. Thomas sangat lucu, menyenangkan dan ramah. Dia sangat dekat dengan hutan. Makanan di The Homer berbeda dan harganya masuk akal. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Thomas kepada siapa pun yang akan berlibur di Bukit Lawang. Dia benarbenar berharga dan Anda tidak akan kecewa. Ayo, Thomas!

Setelah membaca banyak ulasan positif dari The Homer Retreat, kami memutuskan untuk memesan kamar untuk menginap empat malam di The Homer. Dalam pertama kami lewatkan di hostel yang tidak jauh dari The Thomas Hostel, karena empat kamar di penginapan tersebut sudah diberikan kepada turis lain. Tapi itu tidak masalah, kamar yang kami dapatkan justru lebih baik daripada di The thomas Retreats. Masalah terbesar selama kami menginap di The Brothers Retreate bukanlah kamarnya, tetapi saat kami bertemu dengan Thomas. Kami tidak merasa disambut dengan baik. Sepertinya Thomas hanya memperhatikan turis tertentu saja. Sebelum kami tiba kami sudah berencana untuk menghabiskan waktu di Bukit Lawang, tetapi sepertinya kami tidak tertarik lagi dengan Thomas karena jelas bahwa mereka tidak bisa lagi menjual paket perjalanan yang terlalu mahal kepada kami. Selain itu, dia sangat negatif mendengar rencana yang kami buat untuk sisa liburan kami, pemandu lain dan hampir semua hal yang kami bicarakan. Kami memesan wisata ke hutan dan bermalam sehari di tengah hutan. Kami sangat senang kami mendapatkan pemandu lain. Pemandu yang antusias dan tidak ingin memosisikan diri sebagai pusat perhatian.

Pengalaman menginap yang luas biasa dengan keluarga Thomas. Kami menginap selama 4 hari dan semalam di hutan. Kami berlibur bersama anak lakilaki kami 3, 5 tahun dan anak perempuan kami 1, 5 Tahun dan sangat menyenangkan. Thomas adalah pemandu terbaik dan dia sangat tahu pt pohon, satwa dan sebagainya. Kamarnya standar tetapi nyaman. Pemandangan sungai. Anda berada di ujung dunia, jadi sebaiknya lakukan persiapan liburan dengan baik saat bersama anakanak. Saya juga ingin merekomendasikan pasar pada hari Jumat dan jam makan orangutan dua kali sehari di taman nasional.
