Rating 1 yg saya kasih karena beberapa hal yg sangat fatal 1. Permasalahan Sebelum check-in = pihak TOS bilang harga yg saya bayar dari aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan harga yang ada dari mereka. Padahal saya dpt harga murah karena diskon2. Sebagai pembeli, saya tidak tahu darimana saya dapet diskon2 itu. Saat saya akan melakukan pembayaran, disitu dpt potongan2 yg saya sendiri juga kaget gede bgt potongannya tapikan saya gabisa juga nyari tau darimana itu diskon, apakah dari pihak hotel atau dari aplikasinya dan saya juga gatau ada kerjasama seperti apa antara pihak TOS dgn aplikasi. Apakah dpt hrg murah itu salah pembeli? 2. Saat check-in, pihak resepsionis tidak mengetahui adanya pemesanan kamar tersebut karena antara pemegang aplikasi dengan resepsionis nya ini beda orang. Mereka missa komunikasi. sehingga kami dpt kamar yg beberapa tdk sesuai pemesanan. Untuk permasalahan 1&2 kami dibantu oleh CS tiket.com yg garcep menangani aduan kami, jadi masalah itu selesai. Tapi masalah ke-3 ini FATAL Minggu, 19 Januari 2025 sekitar pukul 05.00, 1 MOTOR rekan saya HILANG DI PARKIRAN TOS GUEST HOUSE! knp bs hilang? Krn penjaga pada malam hari hanya 1 orang yg job desc nya merangkap sebagai resepsionis, penjaga parkiran, dll. Jadi ketika ada yg mau check-in, beliau fokus ke resepsionis, abis itu HILANG 1 MOTOR! Btw, motor yg hilang sudah dikunci stang dan karena disini tertulis ada fasilitas PARKIR dan CCTV jadi seharusnya keamanan TANGGUNG JAWAB TOS GUEST HOUSE. eh ternyata yg jaga cuman 1 org dengan bermacam2 job desc dia dan gaada yg KHUSUS jaga parkiran. Dan katanyaaaa gerbang ga dikunci. ini jujur sangat amat mengecewakan dan membuat kami capek secara tenaga, waktu, dan emosi. Kami yg harus bolak balik kantor polisi bikin laporan, minta pihak tos buat ngasih liat CCTV aja, gak dikasih sampe 2 hari seninnya. Apakah mereka mau tanggung jawab? Setelah diskusi aloottt 2 HARI, pihak owner tetep tidak mau memberikan kompensasi apapun! Kami hny dapat 2jt dari pihak manager. Dan katanya ini bukan kasus pertama dan kasus2 sebelum nya ga ada kompensasi. MANAGEMENT YANG SANGAT BURUK! Kalo udh tau pernah ada kasus kehilangan, kenapa SOPnya ga diubah? Knp masih tetep gaada yg khusus jaga parkiran? Jangankan ngasih kompensasi, Nemenin ke polisi gitu, KAGAK! Mereka nyuruh kami sabar nunggu ini itu, HEY! Kami kehilangan motor dari subuh dan manager baru dateng JAM 4 SORE! KURANG SABAR GITU NUNGGU 11JAM BUAT KALIAN GERAK HAH?! Setelah saya pikir2 Lokasi TOS GUEST HOUSE ini persis dipinggir jalan, tapi kalian dengan berani nya pake pager yg pendek dan ga dikasih fiber apapun jadi kalo dari jauh ya keliatan semua kendaraan yg parkir disana.
