We stayed in their villa with a private pool for 3 days. Beautiful place, relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed the pool every day after walking around ubud. Breakfast was great with fruits and your choice of food, the best one was the banana pancakes. You can walk to the centre of ubud by crossing the monkey forest, along motorcycles so be careful.

Really loved my stay at Umaya Ubud Villa. My bungalow was clean and the bathroom is beautiful. It really is close to Monkey Forrest, in the morning you can hear the monkeys running over the roof. But it's still quite at night. Breakfast was great and the staff is really really nice and are willing to help you with everything. Every night when I got back "home" my room was ready for calling it a night:), great service (even when I returned in the afternoon for a swim, a nap and went out for dinner, they would made the bed again). Please note that the bathroom is situated outside the bungelow and semi outdoors. If you don't like to be that close to nature, than this might not be for you (same for the monkeys). For me Umaya was the perfect start of my journey. I would definitly go back if I ever return to Ubud. And before I forget, the bed is big and comfy.

Very nice villa with two bedrooms in prime location next to Monkey Forest in Ubud. Extremely helpful staff, free afternoon tea and welcome foot massage, great breakfast, good beds and bathrooms. Only slight disappointment may be the busy scooter-highway next to breakfast restaurant, which may slightly annoy those seeking quiet in the morning. On the other hand, you can order breakfast to the room...

Superbe petit hôtel par le nombre de chambres, mais topissime en ce qui concerne la chambre, le service et l'acceuil. Vraiment très bien placé, a 5 mn a pied du début d'une des 2 rues animées. Un personnel extrêmement attentionné, un relationnel de grande qualité. Vraiment incomparable.

Charming Villa. Very impressive. Attached to nature. Frog singing, rooster cawing, monkey sat on the wall, love it! Warm staff hospitality. Clean, comfy rooms and private pool. Locate at a quiet and peaceful spot but still easy access to Monkey Forest, Ubud center within 5 mins walk but you will need a torch at night. The villa provided flash for us even before we asked, proactive service, thousand likes+. Welcome drink and 15mins foot massage for free, great ! Everyday inclusive breakfast and afternoon tea with Balinese cake, delicious! Staffs are helpful, like family members. Enjoy every moment staying in the villa. Cozy,warm,welcoming, feel like my home in paradise. Well managed villa and the team. Definitely will stay again.

This villa was A+ and so romantic. Had 1 br villa with private pool and it was so tranquil. Staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. Highly recommended. If you're petrified of monkeys, don't take plastic bags or drink if you go walking and you will be fine. I'm terrified of them but the concierge advised me of what not to do and they didn't come near me. The villa is right beside monkey Forrest

Umaya location is a close walking distance to the main city area of Ubud however it is set in a tranquil position next to the Monkey Forest and escapes the city noise and bustle. The rooms at Umaya are beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The pool is refreshing, the food is phenomenal, and the service is without fault. Umaya staff put every effort into making our stay in Ubud memorable and we hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you Umaya.

The hotel is very nice, right next to the monkey forest and within walking distance from the centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable.

Hotel yang sangat bagus dengan staf yang sangat baik. Suasana hotel dan restorannya juga sangat bagus. Satu-satunya downside adalah tidak ada brankas di kamar kecuali lemari yang terkunci dan tidak mungkin dibuka dari tetangga pencuri.

Wow! How do i begin? We stayed here in January 2017 and absolutely loved it. The staff did everything they could to make or stay great. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. They even helped us book a private trip to the temples. Looking forward to returning in march 2018.

Akomodasi sempurna, sangat dekat dengan Lembah Monyet. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan kamar mandinya sangat indah. Pemiliknya sangat baik dan tersenyum. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tinggal di Ubud jika Anda menyukai kedamaian dan ketenangan. Restoran yang sangat bagus juga dekat.

Our first stop during our two-week trip was here, and it did not disappoint! The villas and the property are lovely, and the staff is cordial, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The generously sized bedroom had a very comfy four-poster bed, and the bathroom was outside. We never ran out of places to sweatshop because it was only a short stroll through monkey forest to reach Bud's main streets! Being close to town, it gave off the impression that it was a hidden retreat because it was directly in the forest and off the road, even though it was close to town. For couples and singles alike, I heartily recommend staying here.
