We stayed at zifa kuta lombok for a week and extended our stay because we loved it! Large and spacious room, great air conditioner, bed mattress was super new and very comfortable, great bar fridge, tv and wifi with super fast signal. Liya is the kindest manager i have ever met, she works so hard to ensure guests have a great time and the whole staff is very friendly. Last but not least, amazing swimming pool and fast laundry services! Everything you need to have the best time in kuta lombok! Thank you, lilya and family, we will definitely be back. Lokasinya dekat dengan pantai, kafe, restoran, pusat hiburan, dan yang paling mengesankan adalah sajian kopi hitam (dengan cangkir putih) yang luar biasa.

simply amazing words can’t describe my stay here. the staff here are so helpful and take care of any problems you might have.The owner greeted me with a smile and a cold fruit drink after a long ride getting to kuta. This property has all the amenities you need ac,pool motorbike rental great breakfast and the bungalow are very clean and very roomy. The location is close to everything you need but still far enough away from the street to remain peaceful at night. Enough said by me judge for your self you won’t be disappointed.

During my two and a halfweek stay in kuta, i had a wonderful time at zifa. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. They were genuinely concerned about my experience and were always willing to assist. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely go again. Thank you!.

This is the best hotel in lombok. This is a new place with bungalows, amazing and comfortable beds, air conditioning, wifi and hot water working perfectly. Every bungalow has a hammock at the entry, a huge lcd with tv, your own wifi router, slippers, shampoo and liquid soap, your own kettle with cups, and everything you need to make your own coffee. Breakfast is included in the rate and is complete with coffee, juice, and many options to eat (toaster, pancake, omelette. And last but not least, the staff is amazing. They received us with coffee and their english is very good so we talked a lot with them. If you come to lombok, you must stay here!.

Staffnya sangat baik dan membantu kami mengatur skuter dan taksi. Kamarnya nyaman, namun kamar mandinya perlu direnovasi. Taman interiornya bagus, kolamnya kecil. Sarapannya sangat sederhana, mungkin bisa lebih baik.

We visited this location in february 2020. It was fantastic! The owner is extremely friendly and makes every effort to provide you with a wonderful stay. Because the room was so clean and the calm and piece are very unique in kuta, it was a little hidden treasure for us. They will rent you a scooter and have a great breakfast. Also, the garden is really nice and clean at the same time. The pool was also great and clean. It was friendly. I am trying to find some drawbacks, but im unable to.

Tempat ini sangat nyaman, membuat anak-anak tidak ingin pulang. Kamarnya juga memiliki jarak yang cukup, sehingga nyaman untuk mengobrol dengan keluarga di dalam kamar.

We had a great time at zifa. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had a problem with our room and they immediately helped us and offered us a new one. Great location, you can walk almost everywhere.

We adored this hotel and the staff! The two men who work at the hotel are extremely friendly, cheerful, and kind, and always helpful and smiling. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower and bathroom are amazing! The pool is beautiful, and the boys maintain the lovely and wellkept gardens. Breakfast was also excellent. The location is ideal, they arranged a car and scooter for us, as well as anything else we needed, and they did it with a smile. Please be aware that prayer time begins at 4.21 am, and the speaker is loud and very close to our room. Every morning at 4.21 am, we were awakened. I would advise bringing headphones with music because my earplugs didnt help with the noise. Im completely aware that this is not the hotels fault or responsibility, just a friendly reminder to bring noise cancelling devices because it is very loud and the roofs lack sound protection, making it loud! By far the majority of our entire trip, i adored the staff and hotel! Thank you once more.

Tempat yang bagus di Kuta, terletak di gang kecil yang menghadap ke jalan utama. Chalet yang indah dengan kamar tidur yang luas dan nyaman yang indah dengan kelambu dan kamar mandi, semuanya sangat bersih! Harga kamar Rp 300.000 Per malam termasuk sarapan (negosiasi). Staf yang ramah dan membantu. Kemungkinan menyewa skuter (walaupun tidak banyak) dan layanan binatu yang baik.

I wholeheartedly endorse the hotel of lilya, and im already eagerly anticipating my next stay! Lovely, cozy location with excellent value for money! I ended up staying at zifa for a week because i had such a great time there. The bungalows include large, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a kettle tee, and coffee. I particularly liked how intimate and familiar the atmosphere was, which made you truly relax. Liya and her team went above and beyond to ensure that i had a wonderful time. They are incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready for a friendly chat. The boys guard the property throughout the day and night, which made me feel very safe as well. They are always available for you in case you require anything.

Lia and her team were very nice and helpful. My friend had an accident and lia brought her to the hospital and airport. She also fixed the scooter and talked to the owner. There is no problem that cant be solved by lia! Its also very good located in kuta, there is a supermarket right across the street and you can reach everything on foot. There is also a parking lot for your vehicle and someone who locks and unlocks the door at night. We felt very safe. The air conditioning and wifi are also very good. The only thing i didnt know was that you had to give them the key for room service. To sum it up, i recommend this place!.
