The hotel is in a huge area and is only a 20-minute drive from Gerbil International Airport. The hotel is great, with excellent rooms and spaciousness. The cafe in the atrium is very well-designed and provides frequently warm light. The staff at the restaurant is patient and courteous. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Chef Barbara is a very good cook who always cooks something special for you.

The rooms here were very comfortable, with the clean condition, as well as the proximity to the center and the food shops, which is very convenient for my business.

It was a bit of a strange stay being one of only a few visitors to a large hotel but really enjoyed it due to friendly staff, fantastic amenities, good wifi and great room. Up in the hills, quite far out of Gerbil so your not likely to book this place unless your working in the province.

The rooms are clean and the bathroom has a large bathtub to relax in. I thought the mattresses were fine but my husband thought they were too firm. Breakfast was typical Middle Eastern breakfast. Nothing to get excited about. Eggs, olives, bread, cheeses, honeys and some other hot items. There is a small shopping mall attached to the hotel that I never got to explore. It looked like a nice place to take some time and eat fast food. Cons a little expensive but in iraq you get what you pay for. Location outside of the city about 1520 minutes, I was a little disappointed the pool had women only hours and I couldnt go.

This is the hotel to stay at if you don't need to be in the gerbil center or mind the drive. In two periods, I reserved several accommodations for my coworkers and me, and both of us were astounded by the cordial friendliness, service, and check-out of the welcoming personnel. The accommodations are quite roomy, always clean, comfortable, and have fantastic views. For work trips, the relaxing general vibe is ideal. One can work in the room and plan meetings there or in the spacious salon. Breakfast is excellent. The only drawback is the limited food menu and exorbitant prices for lunch and dinner. Our two visits in the end, however, were excellent.
