We do have different terms and conditions in place for bookings of 4 or more rooms and for reservations for 5 nights or more. Your booking falls under these terms and conditions.To continue holding your reservations we will need the following:1. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit to be paid immediately2. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrivalIn the event of cancellations made 31 days prior to Arrival – 10% Deposit paid will be forfeited; no further charges will apply.Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will presume the reservations are no longer needed and we will cancel your rooms. If you would like to pay in full with a debit/credit card or pre-authorization with a credit card with optional credit of €50 per night.Cash payments are not accepted.Car Parking: The Absolute Hotel offers limited complimentary car parking facilities, based on a first come first served basis. It is located on the right hand side before the main entrance of the hotel. A buzzer system is in place to gain access to the car park. Should our own car park be fully booked our guests can use Barrington’s multi-storey car park located just across the road from the Absolute Hotel, payment must be processed at Barrington's car park ticket machine.Group bookings: Bookings over 5 rooms are subject to our group terms and conditions. A group agreement will be issued at the time of booking and must be signed and returned back to the hotel in order for a group to be considered confirmed.The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for the room and/or incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation.Please note that the Absolute Hotel Limerick is
