The room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. In room safe. Strong wifi. Decent shower. The room was a little dated which meant nothing to us, the space and cleanliness more than made up for the decor. Hotel is really well located, right in the middle of all the action. We had room 207 and there was no noise at night time. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They offer a continental and full breakfast, we had the full breakfast one morning and it was not the greatest. However, we did eat in the Danny Mann restaurant and the food was excellent. The bar staff were friendly as were the servers. This was our favourite hotel we stayed at in Ireland. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very glad I chose this place. Conveniently located in the city center. Nice room, great service and the breakfast included with the price was a great bonus – both a breakfast buffet and a menu, including full Irish breakfast.

Staff were great and very helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was fantastic as we walked to the National Park. The parking was a little challenging but other than that everything was terrific!

It's a great hotel. Actually it's the best hotel I have stayed in Ireland so far. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are wonderful. And it's right in the middle of the town and we walked everywhere. The tour agency is two minutes walk away and the horse carriage ride is another minute walk. Not to mention that it's so close to the entrance of National Park.
