Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a great impression. The bathroom was very clean, but the bathtub was quite tall, making it a little difficult to get in and out. Also, my husband is 6’2”, and the shower head was mounted too low for him to shower comfortably. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but they provide a floor fan in the room. We found that the fan kept the room comfortable, even without A/C. One downside was that the elevator was extremely slow, so be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent customer service, and we’d consider staying here again.

Staff were all lovely, good food, comfortable room. We travelled with our 1 year old. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, surprised that other residents or members of public in for dinner seemed to be annoyed when he got a little bit upset towards the end of eating. He was waving and they looked away. Not hotels issue but going to family friendly places is always helpful.

Found it awkward having to go to Jackson's hotel, just to use sauna, when there is a spa at villa rosa

This was our first time staying at the Villa Rose, and we couldnt have pick a better hotel, the staff were fantastic, the room, 273, was immaculate, spacious and the bed very very comfortable. We ate at the Forge bar on Saturday evening, and again, the restaurant staff were brilliant, the food plentiful, and the atmosphere warm.

We have stayed at the villa rose and Jackson’s multiple times. We got at least 6-7 times per year. Staff are always warm welcoming and go out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The food in the forge bar is excellent both for adults and kids. Our kids love the pool in Jackson’s and I love the spa in the v spa which is in the villa rose. The treatments I have received there are second to none I have had spa treatments all over the world and would definitely rate the v spa in the top 3. We can not wait until our next stay. ❤️
