Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Direkt an der Promenade in Douglas. Es ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Bus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war top und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A great hotel right in the centre of Douglas. This is our third time in this hotel and every room we have had had been very clean and comfortable. There is a wide selection for breakfast whether a continental choice or a hot choice from the main menu. And what really makes this hotel it is the staff. Everyone we came across have been courteous, helpful and efficient

Just checked out from a six-night stay here. LOVED my room - a business room with a sea view. I normally don’t get too hung up on sea views but this one was special. Spent a lot of room time sitting in my little alcove with its big bay windows, staring out to sea and the Tower of Refuge, contemplating the tides. Perfectly located. Great for walking along the beautiful promenade and shopping along the Strand. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were wonderful and super helpful. My room, and likely the hotel, did not have air conditioning. Normally this would have been a problem for me but I was quite comfortable during my stay. Still quiet to sleep with the windows open and there was a fan provided in the closet. Stairs. There’s an elevator to bring you to your floor but stairs here and there to drag your suitcases up and down. It’s an odd setup but staff is happy to help if they notice or you ask for it. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. I’d stay here again. ☺️

The Claremont is an excellent place to stay! Rooms are well fitted comfortable and clean . Staff are all helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good, choice and quality , would certainly re book and stay at the Claremont again!

Great location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast fresh and made to order, so comes hot. Extras to served hot breakfast is cereal, yogurt, cheese, meat, pastries and fresh juice. Toast served ready at the table.

We had a very pleasant one night stay in Douglas at The Claremont Hotel. Booking two rooms. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at reception prior to check in. We parked our car over the road with free parking. The ocean view room was beautifully clean & tidy. The king bed was super comfy and spacious. We had a family dinner in the hotel, which was outstanding. Karen who served us was very professional, respectful and attentive. It really made our stay in Isle of Man a memorable one. Highly recommend.

The room was really clean and the bed was big, the mattress was a little too hard for us but other than that our stay was amazing. The staff were super attentive and friendly 10/10! They made our stay truly memorable and we can’t wait to come back.
