Hotel incrível. Super descolado. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Bar e restaurantes excelentes. Próximo às principais atrações de Florença. Além disso tem estacionamento próprio. Quarto com ótima estrutura (cama, chuveiro, minibar (tudo gratuito na promeira noite), cafeteira, etc. Vale cada centavo.

Estou completamente encantada com o hotel e com a excelente equipe. Impossível não mencionar Sharon e Vincenzo, da Recepção, o Lucas do Alimentari, a Kauane do Bar e acima de tudo, o Michele do Cecchini, que é uma pessoa simplesmente incrível! A comida sempre muito boa! O alto astral do hotel é inegável! Se pudesse sugerir algo, seria uma limpeza melhor dos quartos. Voltaria mil vezes!!!

This is a nice full service SPA hotel with lots of amenities and at a good value price point. We did not have time to fully utilize what they offered but will not hesitate to stay there again if we visit Montecatini again.

Simply the best, better than all the rest. An awesome hotel, with unique style and beauty. Fun styled rooms with comfy beds, best showers and lots of song lyrics, humour, literary information. A cinema playing a film nightly, a billiard room, great drinks and great restaurants. A visual feast but also comfortable and practical. Great staff.

The rooms have wonderful amenities. I think of many details. The only exception I could complain about was the lighting. It was very hard to apply make up and see yourself and it felt like the floor was dirty because it’s black.

Great location and great hotel! Much bigger than we thought -great amenities including a cinema! Mini bar was free. Breakfast is not included. Additional bars and restaurants at the hotel were great additions (multiple!). Also cozy room to wait around if your room is not ready yet upon check in. They also held our bags during check out as our train didn’t leave until later in the day which made it easy for us to explore more.

Loved this hotel! Great, quiet location and practically has its own private plaza. Beautiful, large rooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff, easy walk to a multitude of restaurants and all the tourist sites. The hotel is also and easywalking distance to the train station.The hotel has a full service coffee/snack/breakfast/lunch/mini meal/bar at the front of the hotel with plenty of tables to sit outside and have a snack or a drink/coffee. It’s a great place to sit at the end of the day to just chill out and relax prior to going upstairs and getting ready for evening activities. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

O hotel é lindo, todos os ambientes são encantadores e lúdicos, tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes. O quarto é incrível, confortável e super aconchegante. O chuveiro e a roupa de cama são ótimos. E toda a equipe é muito prestativa, gentil e atenciosa. Me hospedaria lá em todas as visitas à Firenze.

My stay was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located and walkable to just about anywhere in Florence. The room was very spacious and well appointed with everything you could need with very fun decor. My only complaint was that laundry services were unavailable on one day but I suspect it was due to the National holiday which is nobody's fault but my own and really no big deal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without a second thought.
