The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:) Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money.

Loris is amazing and so helpful. She will help you get excursions booked, train tickets and hotel recommendations. Prepare to walk uphill to your room but this should be expected…you are in Italy after all! The town is beautiful and so are the other villages. We had an amazing time along with incredible food with the best view at Billy’s.

This was a great stay, the room was very clean and nice, and the bathroom was great. One thing to note is that the climb up to this property is steep, but so is the whole town. The location ended up being an advantage as it is away from the city center where there can be a lot of people, and it was lovely falling asleep to the nearby river.

Excellent accueil avec la bonne surprise d’être surclassés : chambre avec terrasse en plein centre ! Le vrombissement du train peut déranger les plus sensibles mais le confort était bien là. Je recommande vivement !

There were a lot of steps to the room, not something you want to do after hiking the cinque terre. Need to put plastic skid plates on bottom of chairs in rooms. Can hear neighbors sliding chairs around all evening. Great staff. Thank you Loris for hauling my suitcase up hill. Would definely stay there again.

Loris is a very welcoming host, providing us with valuable information. The room is at the beginning of the village,which is an asset for luggages (no cars allowed past the village entrance). The room is large, confortable and finely decorated. A good starting point to visit the charming village of Manarola.

I have to recommend this property in Manarola as a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The staff were very helpful and the rooms well appointed. Only thing you need to be aware of is that you will get a good cardio workout going to/ from the village as it’s near the top and there are a few stairs to the room!

Belle chambre propre avec commodités dans un vieil immeuble aménagé en hôtel Juste savoir que l’accès aux chambres est sans ascenseur avec des marches très hautes mais comme le village est en cote ce n’est qu’un détail😉
