Ive never had to cling to my loss after a vacation. This hotel is outstanding and well worth every penny. The service, cuisine, and ambiance. We adored it and can't wait to return. Best holiday ever! Stefano and the girls at the restaurant were fantastic, the receptionists were all excellent, and Giorgio in the bar was excellent and welcoming. Don't forget to sample the wines and champagne they make. Its delicious. We had wonderful weather, with enormous snow and blue skies, but for sure, any weather would have been fine!.

We arrived at Hotel Aller, Orteisi, and the first impression was wonderful. The reception staff is very kind and helpful. My daughter and kids, as well as I, were given superior rooms. We had a balcony, fridge, and excellent security. Breakfast was a wonderful feast with everything imaginable, and dinner was excellent. Unfortunately, my husband became very unwell and was transferred to the volcano hospital, one hour from Orteisi. The reception staff arranged a fantastic taxi company for me. I cannot express how incredibly kind I have been during my agony. We were booked for December 21 but had to stay another week, and despite the hotel being fully booked, the receptionist was able to accommodate both my daughter, grandchildren, and myself. This hotel is without a doubt excellent.

I decided to stay at this hotel through the internet, and I found this hotel to be a good choice, and the staff are also very welcoming and friendly. They have good facilities and wellness equipment. I have a variety of swimming pools. The rooms are also clean and very nice, plus the terraces are also very nice. All in all, this hotel is the best place to go to if you want to get pampered and lose some extra weight.

We have stayed here a few times. Mortise was amazing, the spa was lovely, and the alberto navy had wonderful music. It made our evening unforgettable. The birthday of my daughter was made special.

The A-Hotel in this charming mountain village mortise is the best winter vacation you can imagine. Over 200 years and 7 generations of this family business provide excellent spa facilities, outdoor heated pools, and incredible views of the mountains covered in snow. The rooms are extremely big and comfortable, the service is very friendly and efficient, and the food is outstanding. Bravo to the staff. We will be back!.
