Petit pied-à-terre bien agréable, super calme et idéalement situé (à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare de Termini et des arrêts bus aéroport, et point de jonction des 2 lignes de métro de Rome ), accueil très sympa, et superbe chambre bien décorée et propre. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas transcendant mais tout-à-fait acceptable, et on le prépare soi-même ( note pour les hommes handicapés notoires de la vie quotidienne : c'est pas compliqué, même vous pouvez y arriver, mais si ! ). Je voyageais avec ma voisine, et franchement nous sommes plus que prêtes à y retourner la prochaine fois !

Detta är ett bra, prisvärt boende med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Frukosten är något tråkig med dåligt bröd och marmelad vilket man gör iordning på egen hand. Annars är rummen rymliga, rena och fräscha och för att vara i centrala Rom så är priset överkomligt. Wi-fi var tidvis segt men fungerade överlag.

Hade läst alla bedömningar av tidigare boende. Reagerade på att sängen var bättre än jag läst och förväntat mig för detta pris. Bra mailkontakt med dem dagarna innan. Blev erbjuden hämtning på flygplatsen som endast kostade 10 € mer än tågresan på 30€.Tur att jag tog det för jag hade nog inte hittat det annars då knappen till porttelefon med namnet var frimärksstort.

5 nuits passées dans ce charmant B&B : rien à redire ! Très bon accueil, personnel très agréable répondant à toutes nos questions et demandes. Chambre très propre donnant sur la rue (très bonne isolation). Petit déjeuner en self-service (à disposition : pain de mie, café, thé, croissants, gâteaux...). Très bonne situation du B&B : juste à côté de la gare Termini, ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pieds ou de prendre métro/bus très facilement. Un superbe endroit !

Me and the girlfriend only had 3 nights in Rome but we loved our time in the city and the BB was perfect for us. Perfect location next to the station (and you dont hear any trains). you can hear the noise from outside traffic a little, but its to be expected in the city centre and it didnt stop us sleeping! Federicia made us welcome and for the money we paid i would recommend it to anyone.

To be completely honest, this location is not particularly terrible. It has a certain aura of a residential motel. However, it claims to be a Bob, and there aren't many charming hippies nearby. We requested a taxi or something that should take us to the venue directly from the owner, but the driver didn't show up, and we had to take a taxi that cost 10 more than the one offered by the Bob. We were dropped off in terming, where we were robbed of one cabin bag with a Facebook and an iPhone. Even if the Bob wasn't a part of it, it wasn't a very good start. A simple summary is not to take the taxi with Bob's own. Sort this yourself, but note the dress and drive it directly to the location. The owner was a little rude to the taxi because she claimed the driver was waiting at the arrivals with a sign he didn't and we waited for 30 minutes, but the rest of the journey was smooth. Both the cleaner and the boy who checked us in were kind and pleasant. The location was worn-down but well worth about 50 per night, but not the 80 we paid you can get a hotel for that price. A complimentary meal was served in the kitchen areas where visitors could gather and meet for a glass of wine or a nonexistent breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the be for three nights and we enjoyed everything! The air conditioner in the room was wonderful because it was so hot outside. The staff is very friendly and the rooms look very tidy. The breakfast was the only thing that wasn't complete. We took some things from a local supermarket to put into the refrigerator. There is also a kitchen where you can cook and bake if you like. Very complete! We will come back!.

Excellent lodging with good value. Nice location in a peaceful neighborhood with a variety of fantastic eateries nearby. All attractions can be reached on foot, and the Colosseum is a 10-minute walk away. The personnel was very helpful. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day, including a daily note of the day and chocolate left on your pillow when you get back from a sightseeing trip. Excellent amenities, including a large kettle, refrigerator, safe for laptops, and air conditioning. Fresh croissants and croissants are made for a leisurely breakfast. Each morning, fresh croissants and buns are left in the room for easy consumption. On your return from exploration, the room is placed to a high quality standard, with a thought of the day and chocolate on your pillow. The mattresses are very comfortable. Could continue praising.

La ubicación está perfecta ya que se encuentra a unas cuadras de la estación de tren la cual cuenta con servicio de transportación para los aeropuertos. Está relativamente cerca del Coliseo y se puede ir caminando, aproximadamente 20 min. También se encuentra de cerca de una estación del metro que fácilmente te lleva al Coliseo y al Vaticano. La t.v. No funcionaba correctamente pero no fue problema ya que no la utilizamos. La habitación cuenta con baño propio lo que es muy conveniente. El servicio del personal estuvo muy bien y atento.

Rome en 3 jours: 1° la Rome antique (Colisée, Forum,Panthéon, place Venezia) le tout à pied avec quelques achats via Corso. 2° on rejoint la Vatican (en taxi, à cause d'une grève surprise du métro) : musées, chapelle sixtine,place St-Pierre, basilique. Retour avec le bus OMNIA VATICAN. 3°Piazza di Spania (arrêt dégustation au café Greco, une curiosité),villa Medicis, Villa Borghèse (promenade dans les jardins), piazza del popolo,fontaine de Trevi( malheureusement à sec et en travaux). Le B.B situé via Rattazzi,tout près de la gare Termini(idéal pour se déplacer: métro, bus...) Nous avons été frappés par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tous ceux que nous avons rencontrés et par une certaine joie de vivre qui s'est dégagée tout au long de notre séjour. Un plus incontestable: les cartes Omnia Vatican et Pass qui ont grandement facilité nos démarches (entrées aux monuments, utilisation des moyens de locomotion, etc.)

Excellent cleanness,staff disposition for helping. Good price, near to everything. Maybe I recommend a person to be on the desk in the morning (for ex from 6 to 8) and night 1 hour. For the rest.... everything ok.

Clean and tidy B&B, good location. We had a trouble of paying by cash on the day of arrival as did not spot this requirement in the email. The B&B does not have a reception, so may not be able to leave your luggage after check out. We finally managed to leave our luggage until 5pm on the day of check out as the staff was waiting for someone to check-in around that time.

Overall, the stay was nice. Location was great as it was 5 minutes to the main station in Rome. Dining was available within 10 minutes as well. The room was clean and adequate. Area of town is not the best as there is alot of traffic noise and graffiti as it is near the metro station. Abit pricy for the stay. Breakfast could have been better, just bread and jam. Overall stay: 3.5/5

The staff is great with it's guests, and this feels more as if you are renting an apartment with full cleaning services than a ususall hotel. The only downside is the neighborhood, but the location next to the train station is very convenient for both traveling in the surrounding area, getting to and from the airport and also for using the metro in Rome.

Il B&B risulta comodo per la sua vicinanza alla stazione Termini, la camera é confortevole con servizi privati. Comodo avere a disposizione la cucina in uso comune. Dal B&B al centro si fa una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
