My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in Tuscany. Our first stop was Mezzo, and we stayed at this lovely I. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the stay was relaxing. The owners were friendly and helpful. The be is located on a small square with a lovely small and simple church it is a short drive from Mezzo city. The breakfast was above average for me is the bathroom door is made of clear glass to allow for the most light to enter this minor speciality might disagree with some. Also, the be is on the road, where few cars pass by, however, a street cleaner passed early in the morning and woke me up.

The landlady who runs the be is extremely kind and she provides the best Italian hospitality. In addition, she prepares excellent breakfasts and the accommodation is very comfortable and reasonably priced. The house is not in the city center, but if you are driving, it is easily accessible and along the way you can also enjoy the stunning natural surroundings.

The hotel is outside the city centre, but the ride in is easy and quite short. Our stay was one of the highlights of a 2-week holiday in Italy. The entire property is great, and our room was absolutely wonderful. Maria is all that you would expect an Italian nonna to be: warm, friendly, helpful, and a gifted and passionate cook. We spent a week at the casa del rose and the breakfasts were truly unforgettable. In addition to cold meats, cheeses, etc., there were homemade breads, cakes, figs grown locally, and maria's olive oil.

I would definitely stay at Maria's Casa Delle Rose if we return to this area. We had a great time at Maria near Mezzo. By car, the city is easily accessible in 10 minutes. Our family room was spacious, very clean, and had a separate bathroom. Everything is very comfortable. Maria, the owner, is no English speaker but easily understood and very welcoming and kind. She will definitely want you to have a fantastic stay there. Breakfast was very nice, with homemade bites and cakes.

The owner was an Italian Mama, whose opinion of the hotel was that it was in the best way possible. Their accommodation is beautifully located outside of Mezzo, with good breakfast that she pushed on us. You should be able to pay in cash. We only learned of this when leaving the place, and her husband had to take us to the bank to get some dosh to pay.
