Enjoyed our stay here..knew exactly what we were in for, basic, city centre bed for the night. Room was comfortable facing the front/square, so no real noise issues. Bathroom is smoked glass cube within the room, but no problems there for us. Fresh towels supplied daily (could use some hooks to hang towels on). Continental breakfast, no issue with quantity as we were always offered more. Location could not have been better. Only negatives..no safe in room and check-out was 10.00am (Hotels.com lists safe and 11.00am checkout).

L'hotel si trova, seppur in piazza Stesicoro e proprio difronte al teatro romano, in un edificio storico ma decadente che verrà, a detta dei gestori, ristrutturato entro breve tempo e per quel che si può visti i vincoli della Sopraintendenza. La vista dalla stanza assegnata era fantastica per godere dell'intera visuale sulla piazza sottostante. Abbiamo però trovato inaccettabile: il dormire in un letto matrimoniale derivante da uno scomodo divano letto; il bagno in camera con soffitto aperto nella camera stessa per cui ogni rumore privato diventa di dominio pubblico; la possibilità di accesso da parte di estranei nella stanza tramite la porta divisoria con la sala colazione; l'aver trovato il mini-frigo non acceso; il personale addetto alla colazione non preparato professionalmente nè vestito adeguatamente per lavorare in un hotel e gestiore di questo importante inizio di giornata; il vedere ammassate dietro il tavolo della colazione tutte le forniture di bevande ed altro. Putroppo dalle foto del sito tutto questo viene sapientemente celato. Fortuna ha voluto che alla girata dell'hotel c'è una bella pizzeria, anche da asporto, che propone delle pizze buonissime, molto grandi ed al giusto prezzo.

Managed to book this hotel at the last moment for the four of us after our flight was cancelled and we needed a hotel room one night sooner. Location is good in center of town, although you think you are next to a highway with all the traffic even during the night. Music at night stichten back of hotel is not insignificant.It is an old palace,therefore the lack of an elevator makes it somewhat problematic for us seniors to drag 2 heavy suitcases two floors up. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms lack soap, tissues.

Byliśmy grupą w 5 małżeństw. Pokoje oczywiście były różne pod względem wielkości. Czystość w porządku, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki zmieniane, żel i szampon codziennie w małych saszetkach po 10 ml. Śniadanie typowo włoskie i dosyć słabe. Kawa z ekspresu, którą podaje pani z obsługi. Do tego po rogaliku/croassancie. Internet to wielka fikcja. W niektórych pokojach czasami działał. W naszym pokoju praktycznie nie działał! Hotel w centrum miasta i wieczorem bardzo głośno do późnych godzin nocnych. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale faktycznie było bardzo głośno. Z minusów brak mebli. Praktycznie żadnej szafy z półkami. U nas była wnęka z drążkiem i dwie małe szafki nocne plus jedna mała półka, którą adaptowalismy jako stolik! Ubrania musiały być w torbie!

Great location, all attractions within walking distance, once you find the hotel, we arrived late and it was difficult to find. Passed by couple times due to very small sign next to the main door. We had Superior double room, balcony, city view and the room was very small (luckily we stayed only overnight) and very noisy due to street (roundabout) and especially in the early morning Very basic breakfast with coffee and a croissant

Leider hatten wir kein Zimmer bekommen mit zwei Doppelbetten. Diese haben wir extra dazu gebucht. Es gab kein Kontinentalfrühstück! Auf Nachfrage wurden Käse, Salami und gekochter Schinken auf einen Pappteller geklatscht. Diese standen zwei Stunden unabgedeckt herum. Und das im Hochsommer!!! Bedauerlicherweise gab es nur Teller und Becher aus Plastik bzw. Pappe. Soviel zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit! Der Zustand des Frühstückbuffets ist aus hygienischer Sicht mangelhaft. Es war kaum Auswahl! Das was es gab, war nicht frisch und nicht lecker bzw. appetitlich angerichtet. Das Zimmer war extrem laut, stickig und muffig. (Lag wohl an den alten Leitungen des Badezimmers) Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht ausreichend. Die Badezimmertür ging nur halb auf, da dann schon das Waschbecken im Weg war. Der Boden der Duschkabine war an den Abdichtungen sehr verdreckt. Die Fotos, machen mit denen das Hotel Agatha im Internet wirbt, stimmen in keinster Weise mit der Realität überein. Zur angepriesene Dachterrasse war der Zugang ständig verschlossen.

Camera non come da foto . Bagno sporco e canera sporca . Prese corrente rotte e lampadine non funzionanti . Rumori esterni ad alto volume fino a notte tarda. Colazione pessima tovaglie sporche e piatti di carta cibo scadente .
