Very nice estate in the foothills near the airport. Not the best location if you are only in town for Florence center but a good home base for exploring the region in general. The town down the street has good restaurants. The Olive groves are beautiful but it does have some big industrial sites nearby. The apartments are cute but basic. The grounds have a nice pool, tennis courts, and soccer field which is a bonus. Excellent budget friendly option if you have a car.

I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality that Gabriel and Concetta provided us. We arrived late due to a delayed flight, and Gabriel welcomed us with a big smile and a bottle of wine. He also gave us many ristorante recommendations. Concetta greeted us in the courtyard and made us feel like family, even though my Italian is not so good. Lots of hugs and laughs! Gabriel also went above and beyond in helping us reserve a cab for our friends. It was a short stay, and we were sad to leave, but would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family. I have spent a fantastic week in the Tuscan countryside near Florence. When we arrived at the reception area, a person was ready to welcome us. The apartment is adequate for the cost and in a lovely location. Though the swimming pool is 500 meters away from the apartment area, it is not possible to hear the noise of people playing there. It is convenient to keep an eye on your family while unwinding in the pool area, which is close to the soccer and tennis courts. Calenzano is only 3 a.m., but having a car is not an issue.

Overall, this place offers great value for money, with excellent amenities for groups of friends and families. It was a pleasure to stay at the farm with over 40 other guests at the wedding. With the scorching weather in the summer, the farmers have a swimming pool that is not widely used and does not speak English. The idea behind this farm is to repeat italian until you understand it. But there's a great help if you hire a car. Also, keep in mind to use anti-mozzie and medication if you need other bitey things because those are so prevalent during this time of year.

This property is in Calenzano. It is conveniently situated near the motorway for easy access to Florence, Piss, etc. The farmhouse is in Calenzano. We wanted to stay before our wedding in June to make sure we had chosen the proper place for our guests. Did we make the right decision? Absolutely. From the moment we stepped onto the farm grounds late at night, Concept, the lady who takes care of it, welcomed us. We stayed in Muling 2, and the room was clean, tidy, and well-kept. We had a microwave, stove, oven, etc, making it ideal for cooking. The sofa bed was in fact a courier than single beds. The sofa bed was actually transporting! She is not English-speaking, but we had a translator app that allowed us to speak with her in italian. Nothing was too much difficulty for her, she went above and beyond to assist us. Her husband, Gabrielle, was also outstanding. We will never forget the wonderful dinner we shared with them and their daughter. I also want to thank the owner of the farmhouse, nerd martini. She managed to arrange our reservations and promptly replied to all of our emails. Florence is 20 minutes away, I would recommend renting a car as the closest bus stop is 40 minutes away. I loved staying at this farm house! This is a lovely place with beautiful views. The rooms are very large and clean. The garden is littered with plastic furniture which we often converse over the evenings. There is a washer and dryer which is very helpful. Our vacation was wonderful. My only problem is how far it is from everything. I would have enjoyed it much more if we had rented a car.

Das Apartment war groß mit Küche. In der Küche waren Besteck, Töpfe und Teller vorhanden. Den Rest musste man selber besorgen. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Verständig war schwierig, aber irgendwie schon möglich. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war hart und die vom Schlafsofa leider durchgelegen. Das Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Das Anwesen an sich ist weitläufig und sehr schön. Gut geeignet für Hunde, da man gleich in den Olivenhainen spazieren gehen kann.
