Without these documents, Ai Savi di Venezia reserve the right to not forward the check-in instructions and the access code.Check in time is between 3 pm to 7 pm.Guests must send the credit card details (number and expiration date) in order to charge the tourist city tax and it is also a guarantee in case of damages/incidentals in the apartment.
