I heartily endorse this bandb. The room is neat and spotless. Taking the bus to Venice is quite convenient. I have received firstrate and value added services. Fausto and his wife are both amiable and eager to assist.

This place was originally rated 4 stars, but it has now been upgraded to 5 stars because the service here is excellent. The owners are very helpful with directions and other requirements. Breakfast is delicious. However, there is one downside, the rooms get hot in the summer, however the quality of service makes up for it.

- Budget bandb. Located 250 meters away from the bus stop, and 15 minutes by bus to the city center of Venice. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is good parking and its easy to find. Fausto, the owner, is knowledgeable about the area around in Venice and provides excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.

The location is close to a bus stop. And then, the room decor was stunning. After that, theres nothing to complain about other than the fact that they only provide nets in the bathroom window. Subsequently, easy and quick communication with the owner before arrival and friendly during your stay.

I highly recommend this place! This place is a great place to stay. My boyfriend and i stayed in secluded, private double room. The breakfast was delicious! Fausto was so kind and made us feel at home! Its tucked away from the city center, but its easily accessible by bus.

The host, fausto, is truly remarkable. He guided us on where to go and eat in Venice and provided us with a map. The location is conveniently located near taverns bus station on etiquette that leads directly to the city of Venice. A supermarket is only ten minutes walk away. This accommodation is exquisitely small. They even cleaned it and made our bed during the day.
