The property was located in a very central area of Civitavecchia. The owner of the B & B arranged our shuttle to the inn. The service was spot on. The person who met us at the B&B was very knowable of the area as well as the property. She provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner which was very welcomed. Owner provided us with a shuttle to our ship which removed the stress of us arranging transportation by ourself. I highly recommend this establishment.

Port Inn is convenient to the port. The breakfast is already provided so you eat on your own schedule. Their are many restaurants close by for dining. The room is clean and spacious. There are no common areas; which suited us just fine. This B&B is perfect if your staying overnight to board a cruise ship.

Very close from train station, clean, close to restaurant and mini markets and easy to communicate with person in charge. Small but exactly what we needed to spend 3 days around Rome before our cruise, they arranged transportation to cruise port for us also!!! We will definitely go back I

Excelente atención, nos recibió Cheri que nos estaba esperando en la puerta , nos llevo a la habitación y nos explico todo, al siguiente día Ana la dueña nos llevo hasta el puerto donde salía nuestro crucero. En general todo excelente lo único que no revise fue el tamaño de la habitación que era muy pequeña apenas teníamos espacio con las maletas pero solo llegamos a dormir y la ubicación era muy buena , cerca de restaurantes y tiendas a 5 min caminando

The owner was great about helping us get transport from the airport to the room and also transport to the cruise ship. The room was clean and many options for breakfast. I would highly recommend and definately stay again!

The manager was very welcoming and we were able to check in early. The unit was small but had everything we needed. The breakfast foods provided were excellent. The location was ideal in that it was close to the main train station..walking distance quite easy with luggage. And it was a block up from the beautiful waterfront and many restaurants.

Ports Inn was lovely. I booked this spot for a one-night stay for our cruise to Greece. Anna was very responsive and communicated with me months ahead of time and confirmed our reservation and airport transfers days prior. Anna arranged a taxi for out arrival. Cristino was one time and had a sign with our name on it waiting for us outside of baggage claim. He didn't park nearby, so we had to walk ways, but he handled my luggage for me. He was kind, super helpful, and friendly. When we arrived at the Ports Inn, Anna, the property manager, Sherry, checked us in. (I'm so sorry if I mixed up her name. It was a long flight). She was kind and explained the check-in process to us. The property is located on the 2nd floor of the building with dorm room-style rooms. We were given four keys: one for the main door, one elevator, one hallway door, and the door for our room. The room was nice. It was clean and organized, with AC, a queen bed, a shower, and a toilet with a fridge stocked with meat, cheeses, yogurt, milk, coffee, and various pastries. We were also given drink tickets to a local restaurant, My Lord, where we ate dinner. Sherry arranged our taxi for the following day, which was Anna, and she took us directly to our ship. The only odd thing was the shower; it was outside the bathroom next to the door when you first walked in. It was spotless, spacious and modern. Worth booking. Thank you, Anna and staff for a great experience.
