The room we stayed was clean. The property is close to everything. Just be ready for a lot of walking and shopping! Perfect!

O quarto e comodidades são invmcriveis, localização excelente. A comunicação um pouco difícil e também a grosseria da porteira do prédio foram pontos muito negativos.

Was running late for my scheduled checkin time and the staff called me to make sure everything was okay and to help guide me through the process. View can’t be beat, room was great, overall the property is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Duomoの正面に位置する建物のため、部屋の窓から見える景色が素晴らしいです。ただし夜は広場から音が聞こえるので注意が必要です。部屋にエアコンが付いているので、閉めれば問題ありません。

Room was breathtaking along with the area. Duomo was in full view once outside hotel. Access on arrival was a little confusing. Nothing stated Ammobilia suites on the front of building and access needed a key. After a few calls from our cell phone, we asked a tenant in building for assistance. He called and spoke to a person who quickly arrived on the premises. Afterward, everything was smooth.

Everything was excellent, just make sure dont ever put the paper of clean my room outside, just leave the paper inside your room, and text them a whatsapp message to clean your room when you leave, because sometimes another person can flip it to dont distueb, or even the cleaning staff.

I loved my stay at Amabilia. It felt like an oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The location can't be beat and my room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It was like having a private apartment in the center of Milan. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The Amabilia Suites consist of 4 apartments, three of which directly face the Milan Duomo. I've done a lot of research and am unaware of any other place in Milan that has this breathtaking view! One could easily spend hours looking at the Duomo from the opened window. You can also look at the Duomo from the bed. With the window opened, you hear the activities of the square that faces the Duomo, which is fun and engaging. If you want quiet, the window is remarkably sound-proofed, and you won't be disturbed by any noise. The apartment has a very pleasing, modern interior. It is quite large and has a large bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. Room service is provided on a daily basis. The apartment is steps away from the metro, making it very convenient and easy to get around the city. Also steps away are many restaurants, cafes, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, an elegant shopping center built in the 19th century. We had a delightful three day stay at the Amabilia Suites. Be sure to reserve a room with a view of the Duomo! It is expensive but worth every penny.

Great room in a great location. It was just challenging to get in contact with the host to let us in. I think there’s room for improvement in that process. Other than that, it was great! There’s also a cute elevator, so you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Overall, I recommend.

The location is great, however the room is very noisy at night . I stayed there for business. Another issue was the cooling, we could not control the temperature inside the room and it was very hot. I would not recommend the breakfast because it is a set menu at a nearby cafe where the staff were not very frienfly and the selection is very poor. Another issue was storing our laggage at check in and check out, it is something you need to plan well if you arrive early in the day . They should have a consierge service.

What Expedia will not tell you is there is no staff present at the property. If you book, you will be contacted by text or email to check in remotely. The unspoken is that building maintenance is poor and it is likely you will not be able to access your room. So you call and call and call and wait for help. You will never know if you can get into or out of your room. Oh, and housekeeping is likewise nonexistent. Or perhaps better to say they work on their own schedule. They may work but more likely they will not. The sole advantage of this property is its location and perhaps its price point. Reserve at your own risk.

I booked through a travel website thinking Amabilia was a regular hotel. When I arrived on the site I could not find the hotel. The phone numbers listed on the website were not working. Booking site did not explain there was no reception or staff on site. I wondered back and forth around the block looking for any sign of the hotel and asked all the shop owners on the very busy block, literally across from the Duomo if they knew where the hotel was and no one knew! After about an hour and a half one kind merchant managed to dig up a working phone line then another hour before someone showed up to help me find this obscure flat.
