It was difficult to find the accommodation, it is a flat on the ground floor inside a standard apartment house. We hear all the neighbors to close-open the doors because the walls are thin. The bathroom is small but well equipped. The heating worked well. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Unexpectedly, this is a great place. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, making it simple to travel by public transportation.

We got a spacious room with comfortable beds. Loved the AC and mini fridge because it was hot summer in Rome. It was close to the train station and we walked to all the sights except the Vatican. Grocery store on the same block, nice staff. We traveled by train with two adults and two children.

We stayed at this guesthouse in June 2019. Bathroom updated. Small but lovely. Small but useful room. All the things that happen in the hallway can be heard. Location near the Termini train station. About a 5-minute walk away. The guesthouse itself may be a little difficult to find, but the clerks are very helpful. The guest house is on the first floor, and there is a small elevator and stairwell. The front door's keys do not work. Please confirm yours to make sure you can open the lock. The reception is unsure if they are open all day or night. The men were very nice. Sleep quality, the rooms, with the exception of one, face a busy street and a tram. We never slept because it was very noisy. Tram, music, people, horns, cars, etc. The gentleman at the desk said they needed to replace the windows, but until they do, I give this hotel a miss. Not worth the price I paid, and there are better hotels in the area around the same price or less. I would not go back there.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The room size was very big with a jacuzzi, safety box, fridge, and water bottle. The breakfast menu was very simple in the small room.
