We really enjoyed our two separate nights at ADSA. Location is fantastic for walking around all parts of Florence. The sisters are super friendly and helpful. The courtyard is a splendid place to relax, or contemplate, when taking a break from the city. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, and the luggage storage room was very handy on our last day. Highly recommend ADSA for a comfortable and convenient stay in Florence.

Overall great stay. The room was spacious, had a nice view of the garden and a/c which is great for the warmer months. Good location within a walking distance to.a main station and shops were located nearby. Would recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! The staff was so sweet and very helpful. The garden was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was convenient as well. The location was convenient enough to reach everything quickly, but just far enough away to be quiet. It really was perfectly located.

We were very happy to have chosen to stay at Sant’Ana. We have no complaints whatsoever. The garden in the back yard was beautifully maintained and a very nice place to relax after spending time in Florence’s busy and crowded city center.

Very hard to find because there is just a sign on a building wall so look for 11 for street number and you are there.Up to 14 nuns live here.Early morning you will hear them sing as the chapel has outstanding aucustics and their voices blend so well together. They also sing around 6p. We went to an evening service and did not understand a single word of what was said but you could feel the power in the service.We did not eat the breakfast. The room is very basic. The location is accessible from the main train station and easily walkable to all the attractions downtown.Go out the Burger King side if you walk to the hotel...trust your phone. We took a taxi to the airport to fly back to the US...watch all taxi drivers as 25% of all taxis we took while in Italy don't like cards and like to round up, pretend not to have change for cash transactions, and make up their own card service fees; so beware. The hotel has a nice garden area. It is clean and safe. I would stay there again and again.

A recepção foi otima, equipe prestativa. O quarto confortável e com tudo que seria necessário. Localização excelente, próxima de tudo. Apenas eu não prestei atenção que o café era “disponível “ e não incluido e acabei tendo que pagar extra 8 euros/dia. O café é bem simples (cafe, chocolate e etc na maquina automatica), croissant e queijo e presunto/salame.
