Very pleasant spaces, quiet, and roomy. Only downside was that there is no regularly-staffed reception desk, and communication in advance was neither prompt nor specific about exactly how to check in or whether and how we could drop off luggage before checkin. I recommend getting clear answers to such questions a few days in advance. After we solved those problems, though, the stay was very nice.

The staff was great from the moment I was greeted. The room was not ready because of my early arrival. Samantha was able to store my luggage as I wandered through the city. Air Conditioning was nice and cold, room was clean and all the amenities were always refilled as needed. I was always greeted with a smile as I entered or leaving the property. I would strongly reccomend this propertyu as it's very convenient to cafes, restaurants and water taxi.

Location is amazing. Close to the train station and great restaurants and bars. There is a market downstairs where we bought fruits and waters when needed. Staff was friendly and easy check in and check out. Room was clean and had a view of the street which we enjoyed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Travelled with a family of 4, excellent location, beautiful building. Only difficulty was checking in, ensure you get specific instructions on what to do upon check in as the entrance is locked and you need to use buzzer at entrance or a code if arriving outside of check in hours.

Highly recommended! It was clean, air conditioned, and central to most (walking) destinations. WiFi was excellent and the room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly as well.

とても綺麗なお部屋で大満足でした！住所の扉と事前にチェックインの方法を教えて頂いていた時の画像の扉と違い周辺を彷徨いました笑でも目の前のレストランの男性スタッフが助けてくださり無事チェックインできました！スタッフの方はとてもいい方で、親切に対応してくれました。お部屋は綺麗立地も最高！観光もとてもしやすかったです！チェックインがより簡単だともっと嬉しいです☺️ イタリア語も英語も話せず困った私が悪いですが笑施設について(例チェックアウトの方法等)クリアファイルにまとめてあり、とてもわかりやすかったです。次回ベネチアに来る際も利用したいです！

The property is located in a wonderful part of Italy, and the interior is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall. My only challenge was the check-in process. While some arrival information was provided, a few key details were missing. Upon arrival, I tried calling the property several times and also sent messages through the Expedia app, including one a few days before my stay, but I did not receive a response. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes at a nearby bar while trying to figure out how to access the building. In the end, it wasn’t a major issue, but the arrival instructions could be clearer. The main entrance does not provide direct access to the check-in area, and I wasn’t aware that I needed to use one of the intercom buttons to gain entry. Since none were labeled for check-in, I wasn’t sure whether I was contacting a concierge or another guest. Eventually, I chose one and thankfully someone answered and let me in. As a solo traveler arriving in the evening, I could see how this situation might feel stressful or confusing. A simple note explaining which intercom button to use and how to access the building would make the arrival process much smoother for future guests.

Our stay was very good! The amenities were the best I have ever had a hotel provide. Mini fridge stocked with complementary wine, water, softdrinks. The bathroom offered the usual stuff plus, toothbrushes, razors, a towel warmer ( couldn’t figure out how to use it, but would have helped in drying undies). The pull out couch was the even comfy after banging my knee on the metal frame, so watch out for that, The foot of it angles upward, which was good cause my feet &legs hurt from all the walking and stairs climbing. Overall I’m extremely please with the Hotel! A bit pricey for my wallet, but it was a weekend in Venice!!!!

This is a nice and quaint hotel just 20 minutes by walking from the train station. The property is clean and well maintained. I believe it is an old Venetian building that has been extensively renovated but still has remnants of the past in the interior. The only feedback I have is that the check in process is a bit confusing since there is no front desk staff. Instead, you have to press a button at the front door to speak to the owner you who lets you in and shows you the place. All in all however the stay there is well worth the price.

Great stay and also a perfect location! A short 11 min walk from Santa Lucia station so pretty accessible. Very centrally location to access shops, restaurants etc. Had a little trouble entering the property and finding the reception but we tried out luck and Samantha was there to welcome us! It’s the first stairs one the left after you enter :) The property is very clear and well maintained. Had a lovely experience ❤️

Our hotel stay was phenomenal! We were able to easily enter the property despite our late arrival time(10PM). All we had to do was buzz the door and they asked for reservation details and we were buzzed in. They stored our luggage for us as well--so convenient! The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy! They even included drinks such as water, sparkling water, champagne and snacks. 10/10 would rec. It was about a 15 min walk from the closest point a car to drop us and about 10 mins to the train station.
