We got to the hotel much earlier than expected, but the staff were able to let us keep our luggages with the hotel. The check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel room was really clean and they had good amenities. They had a well-working air conditioning, tv, and fridge. They also gave us free water bottles inside the fridge. The hotel was close to the train station and was very central. It was a walking distance to all the tourist spots in Florence. Overall, such a perfect stay and would definitely recommend. Would stay here again in the future if I come back to Florence!

Gostamos muito da estadia. A localização é excelente, perto da estação de trem e do mercado central. Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente. Os quartos ficam em um prédio bem antigo, com acesso somente por escadas, o que dificultou um pouco com as malas, mas não atrapalhou a experiência. É self check-in/check-out e a comunicação com eles foi boa, com instruções bem claras, então foi tranquilo. O quarto é novo, bem equipado, não é grande mas é suficiente. A cama é confortável e a limpeza estava ótima.

Fully recommend Artemide Guesthouse. Communication with property manager was professional, clear, organized and fast. Property is in good condition, confortable, quiet, clean and near main attractions and train station.

Great location, steps away from the Medici Chapel and not much further to the Duomo. Nice room in older building, clean and comfortable enough. Good communication with owners, easy instructions to get access. Many good restaurants in the area!

Room was clean and lived up to expectations. I booked last second and host helped me expedite the process. Would def stay again in the future. Just remember no elevator so you need to be able to handle your baggage.

The apartment is within walking distance to multiple leather markets and the food markets. It was easy to get here from the train station and just getting all around Florence.

We stayed 6 nights and we really appreciated our time there. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the sheets were extra clean, the room itself was very spacious and beautiful, the water pressure in the shower was top notch. The self-checkin instructions were perfectly clear and communication with the property owner was excellent. Location was exceptionally good. The only negative points we found was there was no elevator and we had to climb to the second floor with our 23kg luggage. Otherwise the window overlooking the Via Faenza was not very well insulated from the noise and it's a very lively corner, so we heard everything that was going on outside. The window was of very good quality, it was just not insulated between the window frame and the wall. Otherwise, here's to a very weird quirk about this room, some nights we were waking up because of a very intense clogged sewer like stench... don't know what it was but it deeply disgusted us. Other than that weird, very strong odour, we truly loved every minute we have been there.

Very good room. Spacious bathroom. Short distance from airport. Calling cabs in the morning results in many cancellations or exorbitant pricing. It is better to hail a cab.
