Schönes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Aussichtslage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelbesitzer und sehr freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen, sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen. Mit der Gästekarte können die Busse und einige Lifte/Seilbahnen in der Gegend kostenlos genutzt werden.

We had a room in the new building with both high quality room conditions, excellent kitchen performance, and panoramic views of the mean valley. Everything was almost new. The indoor-outdoor swimming pool is in a great location, while the indoor pool has a wonderful view of the Merino valley. Finally, the hotel is a great place for gourmands. We enjoyed a six or seven-course dinner each evening. The variety was continually surprising. Not to mention the high-quality breakfast. Last but not least, we had a very friendly and capable hotel team who looked after us in a way that it was difficult to do better.

We stayed here for four nights, and while we would be more pleased with the dinners, we were nonetheless appreciative of the cuisine. There have been numerous unfavorable feedback about the mattresses here that have not presumably convinced them to be replaced, causing us to be a little uneasy. The employees went into the room after a disappointing first night and placed a foam topper on our own and my wifes familys beds, although it seems trivial how we should ask since many people do. Also, my wifes grown nephew was there, and they had to pay the entire cost of the room for him to share, but he only had a modest couch to sleep on. They would have to pay the full cost of the room, of course, but would not be reimbursed for sharing the room, resulting in double charges. They would have to pay the full cost for his room, however, he would not be reimbursed. Our corner room was roomy and cozy overall. Breakfast was the best provided during the trip, and the dinners were fivecourse affairs with multiple choices for the main options, excluding hiking in the mountains unless fresh or having a lot of red meat. There is a lovely and accommodating environment, but I occasionally opted for the vegetarian because I dont eat fish unless it is fresh or have so much red meat. The restaurant is owned by the fam patrons and is called Burggraeflerhof. What service they provide! We were given a friendly greeting and prompt service throughout our stay. The rest of the hotel personnel are all of the highest caliber. This is really impressive. Congratulations to the crew! The sun girl area hotel is typical of Austria, is clean as Switzerland, and has 80 Italian cuisine. What more could you possibly anticipate? We had a panoramic room with a beautiful valley view. The hotel bar and restaurant was both repaired and excellent. The safe was similarly modest and could fit bills. We would have appreciated air conditioning and a minibar in our room. Smoking visitors used their terraces to smoke outdoors, but this caused the adjacent or nearby rooms to be impacted. To resolve this, you can close the windows to prevent unpleasant odors. The pool is adequate, our kids loved it, but some older or noisy kids were not always interested in playing outdoors, there isnt much grass next to the pool, so everyone is close to one another. This was our common sentiment toward the other hotel visitors. We werent the majority as a family with kids. With regard to the internet connection, as usual these days, it was good to be good for doctor social media connections but not high enough for professional van access. I was very pleased with this place. This hotel's location, near Moreno and the Volcano, as well as lovely but extremely busy little towns, made my sister reserve it because it had an excellent hiking and wellness spa that served both of our interests. We stayed for four nights in two larger rooms. Our old portion of the hotel had very roomy rooms and the view of lovely apple orchards and vineyards was right outside our hotel gate. The hotel was very modern, with many hot tubs on the roof or in the sauna room, as well as a lovely pool with a view down into the Merino valley, was very contemporary. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet style and a wide variety of options, whatever your taste was for. Dinner was a 5course meal with excellent appetizers, antipasto, and welldone theme meals throughout our entire stay. I requested a menu in English, and only one night was served to my table after my sister translated all from German. Be aware of the very narrow, winding road to the hotel, and when you meet the bus or larger vehicle, one car must return to someones driveway to pass through, but when you get to the hotel, there is nice covered parking and you dont really need a car to move around. As a guest, you will get a complimentary public transportation card, which is quite helpful.
