The staff were very friendly and helpful offering suggestions for restaurants to visit locally and help with travel plans. Breakfast offered excellent choices with additional options prepared freshly such as omelettes, pancakes and salmon and avocado. The free afternoon and evening buffets which included wine and soft/hot drinks were a real bonus as were a plentiful supply of cakes for those with a sweet tooth! I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a unique, beautiful at the heart of Milan! To add to all that, the staff is a well oiled machine! Sandy welcomed us with wide open arms, and Luis, Tresha, and Heartly waited on us as if we were royalty! I really mean this…do not bypass this property!! The perks alone will dazzle you and your friends! I repeat—do not overlook this hotel..you will be transported!!!

Recomendo esse hotel 1000% Café da manhã maravilhoso, snacks, brunch e aperitivos sensacionais. Você tem tudo a seu dispor o dia inteiro, água, cafés, chás, lanches, frigobar free. Bem localizado, perto de metrô, da rua Corso Buenos Aires. Funcionários espetaculares, desde a recepção, do restaurante e limpeza. ❤️❤️

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, à taille humaine, avec de belles chambres récemment rénovées et de superbes salles de bain. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, professionnel et efficace. Un gros coup de cœur pour les nombreux extras inclus : tout le contenu du minibar est gratuit (boissons et friandises), tout comme les collations et boissons offertes à la réception. De plus, jusqu’à 22 h, un généreux buffet d’apéritif est servi gratuitement avec tapas, bouchées variées et même du vin. Une attention exceptionnelle que nous n’avions jamais vue ailleurs ! L’emplacement est également excellent, à deux pas du métro. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrions avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Hotel war toll für eine Wochenendtrip. Gut gelegen, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof am Milano Centrale gelegen, gleich um die Ecke hat es zudem eine Metro-Station. Die Mitarbeiter, mit welchen wir zu tun hatten, waren alle sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Zudem durfte man sich bei den kostenlosen Softgetränken und Snacks bedienen. Auch die Ausstattung im Zimmer war super. Alles sehr modern und hochwertig. Wor hatten zudem ein Balkon mit tollem Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

O hotel é nota 1000! Quarto excelente, cama confortável, travesseiros bons, chuveiro com uma ducha maravilhosa. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e muito cordiais. A comida disponível durante o dia, quebra um grande galho para quem está turistando. O frigobar é gratuito e reposto todos os dias. Água, vinho, cafés e chás na recepção o dia inteiro free.

Pleasant stay, arrived very late but staff were welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and in good condition, bed was comfortable. Appreciated the free drinks provided in the room and also access to drinks & snacks in the lobby. Breakfast was good and again staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had a great stay at the AXY Hotel in Milan! Customer service was top notch, the rooms were spotless, and the 24 hour drinks and snacks in the lobby area were amazing! We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Milan.

This was my first time in Italy and they made the experience exceptional!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The ammonites were fantastic! Get a cappuccino every morning and apirtivos every evening!! Safe and private also fee snacks 24/7. I would come back to Milan just to stay here again!!

Initial view from the outside wasn’t very inspiring as the entrance is on main road but reception up stairs and lift . However we were met by lovely porter who helpfully took our luggage from us. The reception staff were very welcoming offering us a cool drink from the free bar . The staff here are all very friendly and so helpful, nothing too much for them. The free brunch and apre dinner has loads of food to choose from and is delicious with wine available too. Breakfast was also excellent and everything was fresh and appealing . The room was comfortable and cool with very comfortable bed . Bit noisy if room on the front but didn’t stop us sleeping .
