We spent 3 nights. Very conveniently located. Clean, very comfortable, quiet, well appointed with thoughtful details and conveniences. Most importantly, Alessandro and Edwardo were exceptional hosts! Friendly, welcoming, and very kind. They went out of their way to be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! Absolutely perfect! Thanks so very much!!

We spent 3 nights. Very conveniently located. Clean, very comfortable, quiet, well appointed with thoughtful details and conveniences. Most importantly, Alessandro and Edwardo were exceptional hosts! Friendly, welcoming, and very kind. They went out of their way to be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! Absolutely perfect! Thanks so very much!!

I dont usually write reviews, but this place was so great, i had to let thers know what a gem this place is. Located just minutes away from almost everything you wish to see on a trip to Roma. It was our first time in Italy and we really enjoyed the light (but hardy) breakfast offered each day of our 5 night stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our trip, they offer a great map made up showing where most of the popular site are located from their b&b location. Colosseum only 5 minute walk. Other amazing ruins and a bunch of Great restaurants within 1 to 15 min walk. We hope to come back and stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was big with a queen bed and twin bed, desk, mini fridge, morning coffee/tea set up. Great location right by the Colosseum and many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and chatting with our wonderful hosts, Alessandro and Eduardo.

One of them (Eduardo) has a deep passion for movies directed by Greta Gerwig. If you do book a stay, please mention this to him! Hvis du leter etter et sted å bo sentralt i Roma, med rene rom, privatliv og utmerket service - er dette stedet å være. Min kone og jeg ankom på en torsdag ettermiddag og ble til søndag. Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom hotelleier, som guidet oss gjennom hotellrommet og forklarte hvordan dørene fra gateplan til hotellrommet ble betjent med forskjellige nøkler. Hotellrommet hadde flott utsikt over sentrale deler av Roma, og du hadde restauranter og folk som gikk forbi rett utenfor vinduet. Siden hotellet ligger i 4. etasje og lydisolasjonen var utmerket, kunne vi ikke høre noe når vinduene var lukket. Det ga en stor mengde privatliv og avslapning. Vi anbefaler dette stedet til par og familier som ønsker å bo på et hotell som ligger nær listen over ting å se og sørger for personvern og utmerket service.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und auch wenn an einer Hauptstrasse, ist es nachts ruhig. Das Frühstück wird tags zuvor bestellt und extra bereit gemacht. Die Besitzer sind äusserst freundlich und helfen gerne. Zimmer/Badezimmer sehr sauber. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

We loved the location. It's at the foot of a major street that runs from the train station , ending at the Imperiol road - you can see the forum and other ruins from the location - we had a small balcony so we would just enjoy the view and the sunset. The accommodation are really nice thoughtful, pretty , cheerful. Extremely clean. Loved Allesandro and Eduardo our host. You can schedule an optional breakfast with them every morning. the location is also restaurant central with lots of options all day and night. you are 10 minutes maybe less walking to the Colosseo- and other monuments . Just amazing. Near metro stops too. Can't say enough about it all.
