We stayed here for New Years and had a great time. Dominic the host was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We enjoyed having the kitchen to use whenever we needed it. Nothing luxurious in the rooms. The bathroom has little dampness, but I believe it may be an old building. The Colosseum is about a 30-30 minute walk away, so it's a little out of reach, but if you want to use a tram or anything, dominic can assist you as he gave us a map of where to get a tram to or from. If you don't want to drive to the center, there are restaurants, shops, laundromats, and cash machines nearby.

I have to say that I couldn't have been happier before finding this accommodation because I couldn't locate a nice, reasonably priced place to stay in Rome. As soon as I stumbled upon this hostel, I couldn't have been happier. I was able to secure my own room at an affordable price. I checked to make sure the owner was there when I arrived, but he couldn't, so he left the keys in the mailbox for me, and one of the other guests let me in. Before being let in, I was outside for a while, which started to irritate my mood, but as I got my room and settled in, things changed quickly. I chose the pink one, unfortunately, because there was nothing wrong with it apart from its color, and it appeared tidy. Although the architecture was a little worn out and the view of the slick parking lot wasn't the greatest, it worked for a few nights. Although it wasn't quite close, it wasn't very close, but over the three days, I actually walked 60 miles, or, as my watch later stated, it wasn't very far from everything, but I was able to walk anywhere, including the Vatican in the scorching heat. It wasn't particularly far, but it was enough to get you going in the morning to keep you on course until lunch. dominic was friendly and accommodating,

Overall, a very good hotel that is also affordable! It has an atmosphere that is incredibly attractive and exciting because there is so much cool stuff. There are many restaurants and a supermarket close by. A tram stop is located just outside. There is a tram stop nearby, which is extremely handy. There is an air conditioner, a cozy bathroom, and a nice bathroom. Very tidy. Every day, breakfast is served on the balcony. The proprietor is also extremely cordial and available to assist. There are a ton of interesting items in the area, making it a wonderful and interesting vibe. from quirky lamps to enormous suitcases on top of the closets.

The location is excellent, it is easily accessible by public transportation, but it's difficult to locate for the first time. Our host welcomed us and gave us a map and information on the area's decline, the public transportation, and a few stores close by. The large room was spotless and adequate for the water pressure and temperature in the shower, and the bathroom was a good size as well. The neighborhood has a rough appearance, with many trash in grassy areas and graffiti on buildings, but it was safe to walk through both during the day and at night. We felt secure in the room and could not hear the bustle of the noisy street below. Breakfast was quite basic, but at least there if we wanted it. The pear juice and cookies were excellent. A bar and a sandwich shop are located immediately next to the hotel. This was useful for a glass of wine and dinner. Good cuisine and costs. This was our first trip to Rome, and we were grateful to have the opportunity to visit. I would suggest this hotel.

Mulai 1 Januari 2011, Dewan Kota Roma memberlakukan pajak okupansi kamar dengan jumlah maksimum EUR 3 per orang per malam – berlaku untuk maksimum 10 hari. Mulai 1 September 2014, jumlah tersebut telah dinaikkan menjadi EUR 7 per orang per malam (tergantung pada tipe akomodasi dan peringkat bintang). Anak di bawah usia 10 tahun tidak dikenakan biaya. Pajak ini akan dibebankan pada saat check-out kepada tamu yang menginap di penginapan yang berada di dalam batas kota Roma. Pajak ini tidak termasuk di dalam tarif dan harus dibayarkan di hotel.
