Posizione della struttura molto buona, vicina alla stazione dei treni da cui partono anche i bus per la costiera, vicina al centro della città che è piuttosto raccolto, vicina alla fermata del bus Flixbus sul Lungomare Trieste. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Struttura molto buona, la mia camera era la Zaffiro, ampia con bagno in camera, frigobar in stanza e balcone. Il signor Christian è molto gentile, consiglio questa sistemazione e spero di tornarci.

Having already informed the owner of our arrival time, he was able to let us in. It is in a very close, safe location, close to the main train station. It essentially consists of an apartment in a home-based structure that has been converted into an i. This seems to be a very common in Italy. The rest have been converted to bedrooms, the living room is a restaurant area, and the rest have been transformed into bedrooms. It is very clean and tidy. It is immaculately kept, the bedroom and bathroom are both large, spotless, and contemporary. It is very well-kept. The balcony overlooked a street, and the room had a balcony that overlooked a street. It had a few dead flowers and leaves. I believe it isn't cleaned consistently. Although it isn't very centrally situated, the be is not far away. He responded to all my emails in time. Breakfast is basically just continental, and it was offered throughout the day as was the coffee. Which is extremely tasty. It's in a lovely region with a sense of local life. Within 15 minutes, you can get to the centre or the ocean. Numerous affordable restaurants are in the town. Sterno is a beautiful town, not too touristy. It served as a base for our trips to Pompey and the Mali coast.

This hotel is quite far from the train station, but very comfortable and well-organized. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is varied and well-kept. There are comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a quiet area, which makes for a good night's sleep.

A place to recommend to anybody. I got a good room, cosy and stylish, quite large, well-equipped, super clean, good and friendly service, good and healthy breakfast based on our wishes. Cooling efficient, nice balcony, lovely bathroom. First floor, good elevator, peaceful area close to the city center.

It's great to be here. Great location, very spacious and clean room. The hosts, Christian, are incredibly helpful. We got gluten-free bread and small packaged muffins for breakfast which consists of yogurt, juice, coffee, cheese, ham and pastries. The desk is not always staffed all day but all questions are quickly answered by text. Amazing wifi and close to every restaurants, shopping, beach, sightseeing, train and bus station.

The check in was only by message/instructions which I actually liked. The space is not big, but quite enough. At the entryway, there are a few tables, furniture, a small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, etc. which was nice for me (everything clean and ok). The room itself wasn't impressive (space, bed, furniture) but it was good enough. The bathroom was particularly long so the area was big but not necessarily spacious. The shower head could be cleaned to have a better shower, but the rest was good. I had a very nice balcony, which seems was only my room (at least I couldn't see how the next two rooms could have). I had an excellent accomodation just before arriving here, so that had an effect on my perception of the place. What I can confirm is that it was clean, had all I needed and all in all it was comfortable. I could take a parking spot (free) at arrival and I simply left my car there for the two days of my stay, but there was free spaces time to time and with certain frequency. Ahh, had a spacious mini fridge at my room (no freezer).

Very clean. A great deal for the price. A bit off the beaten path in Salerno, but easy walk to everything. Breakfast is not served, but just a table with prepackaged food. This was the only drawback if you are expecting more. The dining nearby more than makes up for this.

Appartamento vicino al centro città.La colazione lascia molto a desiderare composta da brioscine preconfezionate di scadente qualità pur essendoci bar e panetterie con prodotti freschi sotto casa.Mi dispiace di non aver conosciuto il proprietario del B&B ma di esserci sentiti soltanto telefonicamente.

Don’t go to this place, or his other Iris B&B / Inn. Terrible location, and nothing works. Supposed to have breakfast included - but nothing! very noisy - street traffic and honking is awful. Sleeping isn’t easy. He used my balcony as a towel drying place, which meant workers were in and out. Again, nothing works. Security box, A/C, TV, even the shower - a bolt on the shower door handle fell off while I was showering and rolled into the drain. The guy now claims he’s going to sue me for the cost of the plumber who fixed it. As if his cheap shower falling apart is my fault. But worst of all, after I said I’d had enough and was leaving after 2 nights of a planned 4 night stay, he repeatedly told me (and texted) that he’d give me a refund for the last 2 nights. But when Expedia called him to confirm, he refused to refund the last 2 days. He’s a complete liar, and in subsequent texts about this he threatened me. Yes - unbelievable! AND said he was going to call the police because I called him a liar, which he claims is against Italian law. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have no idea how his ratings are high - probably friends and family pumping up the numbers. The owner is Christian Guadagno and he’s truly evil. I use Expedia ALL the time - Gold member - and this was the WORST experience ever. Stay away. He doesn’t deserve your money and you’ll have a terrible time if you stay there.
