Chambre idéalement située Paola bonnes de très bons conseils et est très serviable. Seul bémol Chambre pas climatisée et pas d eau chaude dans la salle de bain commune.

You will like the clean bathroom. It will be great if we add it to the template paula sends. Very close to the water bus station and Pizza Saint-Marc. Don't trust google maps about the location. Turn on the calle de marco delta bon.

The room was outdated but had a kitsch and Asian design, and it was a Marrakech room that we stayed in. We had trouble finding one bathroom between three of the three rooms because there were 9 people in the one bathroom. The hotel was located in a central area, 6 minutes from the main square and only a stones throw from shops and eateries. We will stay in a different room, but this would be a good addition.

If you are seeking a central be at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place. On a peaceful, narrow street, the arabesque is about a 6 minute walk from San Marco. There are 3 rooms to be hired, each with a good continental breakfast. The restroom is common but is clean as the be itself is. Paula is a very nice hostess.

Despite the fact that the property is on the first floor, it is advised to travel with caution. The position of the apartment is it's most outstanding feature. San Marco, the city's swansel, is only a short distance away, and it was incredibly helpful. It was also very helpful when we went out for early-night canal tours and be in the san marco square until late at night, which is a wonderful experience. Numerous dining establishments and shops are near the property. The room we stayed in Damascus was quite roomy and tastefully appointed. The restroom was tidy. Paula offers a modest yet hearty breakfast in the morning. She is really useful in resolving inquiries about visitors. Maps were extremely useful. She was also kind enough to give us three complimentary airport tickets for free! In general, excellent value for the money. From the water bus station, you must get precise directions. Paula gave us the instructions, which was helpful. The property is on the ground level, so be prepared. Due to its position on a street where morning supplies come in, early in the morning will be noisy. However, we agreed with this.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The directions are a little difficult for those who have zero knowledge of venetian streets like us, so do some research on how to get there first. Paula was fantastically helpful and gave us ferry schedules etc. The place is nice and clean, as is the shared bathroom.

Very friendly owner who messaged us the directions on how to find the BnB. She kept in touch and answered queries straight away. Nice big room. We left our big suitcases downstairs and just took up what we needed. Plenty of cafes etc around.

Paula was very good with arranging check-in and giving transport options from the airport. When I arrived in the evening, the lane was quite dark and there was no signage to indicate which level to go to.The room was adequate size with a large bed for a single room with a window looking into a central courtyard. Paula left a map of Venice on the bed which was very useful. There is only 1 bathroom to share between 3 rooms (6 people during my stay) which meant you had to listen out and race to the bathroom as soon as someone finishes with it. I spent an hour waiting for my turn as the bath / WC /sink /hairdryer is all in the same room. It might be more helpful if the hairdryer at least was kept in a communal area where guests can borrow to free up the bathroom slightly. Wifi wasn't the fastest but was adequate. Breakfast wasn't great but I'm not a big eater so it was enough to get you through to lunch. Overall it was a nice quiet stay and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants around.

Paula var trevlig, lätt att checka in. Låg mycket centralt. Men tyvärr varje morgon kl 6.00 börjar båtarna lasta av leveranserna just på denna gata. Så lägenheten ligger helt fel. Vi kunde inte sova alls, det var sådan trafik, aktivitet att man kunde inte sova. Frukosten var det sämsta jag har varit med om någonstans. Bara små yoghurt med fruktsmak, vanligt vitt bröd skivad som man kunde rosta, och nutella och sylt småförpackningar. Samt croisant som var vakuumförpackad med massor av socker i. Men capuccinon var super. Så min dotter åt inget alls. Man kunde ha bokat med superbra hotell utan frukost för nästan samma pris. Jag tyckte inte det var värt pengarna. Vi var inte uppmärksamma heller att det var bara 1 badrum, som man delade med ägaren och 3 andra rum som hyrde samtidigt. Funkade, men inget vi hade valt.
