The motels were hospitable and helpful and occasionally were on site. The rooms were tidy but a touch dated and dark because they only had a single small window. However, rome lodging was very expensive when we booked, but this was a good value and met our needs. Breakfast is served using a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe, which we were unaware of at the time of booking. To be honest, we didn't particularly like this because it was really busy and we were unable to always get a seat. The location was ideal for us. Although they were about 35 minutes distant, we could walk to the main tourist attractions, so other tourists might have had some difficulties. A metro stop was about 510 minutes away. There were many restaurants nearby, but it wasn't in the most glamorous part of town.

Everything you need while visiting Rome is here in these clean and cozy rooms. The location is strategic. Close to the train and metro station, close to the huge hotel. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The food at breakfast is served in a neighborhood bar and they also serve good food like tramezzini and confetti.

Our stay at Civic 31 was excellent. It's a safe, tranquil location and easy to reach the Roma Terminus. The hotel is about a 1015-minute walk from the Roma Terminus or takes the subway for a minute or so. Max is a great host, attentive and available. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was a great starting point to the day's sightseeing. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back soon.

This hotel has a great location, only a 15 minute walk from the station. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed. The host max was very friendly and always helpful. We stayed in the blue room with an interesting interior.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and the host is great! Very helpful and had lots of information for us! Very clean and very comfortable. The room is unique and full of colors. Great location to walk to many restaurants.
