I highly recommend this b&b. Katia is the perfect host! She was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing. It is only a short tram ride to Venice. Mestre is a nice place to stay and if we make it back, will definitely stay here again.

The host named Kata was also very kind and gave us all the information about the best restaurants and places to visit, and also advised the special site. The breakfast is also good and healthy. The room is clean and close to the tram station to Venice. I stayed in an apartment on the ground floor. Everything in this apartment is fresh and clean. The apartment has so much elegance and flavor.

Nous sommes venus pour passer quelques jours à Venise et ne regrettons absolument pas d'avoir choisi ce logement ! Katia est une hôte très accueillante, toujours prête à rendre service sans être trop invasive. Juste ce qu'il faut ! Elle nous a donné plein de conseils sur quoi faire et où aller également. Le logement en lui-même est impeccable : les chambres sont grandes et très propres, ultra isolées et les lits sont très confortables. La salle de bain est également très propre et moderne. Enfin, les petits déjeuners étaient au delà de nos attentes : très bien garnis et personnalisés, et très bons surtout. Nous recommandons à 100% cette établissement qui est à seulement 20-25 min de Venise en Tram/Bus. Certainement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix/distance que l'on peut espérer.

Nice atmosphere, helpful and friendly (special thanks to Chiara!). Great transport accessibility: tram/bus stop to Venice in 2 minutes, center in 5 minutes, and 25 minutes by foot from Mestre railway station. The freshest croissants wait for you every breakfast.

The breakfast was great with the nicest croissants I've ever tasted! The be is in a third-floor apartment and very clean and tastefully decorated with a good mix of authentic features and modern items. It was quiet because it had good double glazing and was rear-facing.

I stayed at this house while going to Venice's carnival on February 2. What I can say is that this apartment is a top-notch, spotless unit. An enormous breakfast, an excellent host, a 30-minute bus ride from the city center, a convenient route, and excellent restaurants. If you intend to visit and are seeking a cozy, decent place at a reasonable cost, do not think twice. What worked. Easily accessible and well connected to Venice, just steps from the metro bus stop, a tidy, well-maintained house and bathroom, a good-functioning kitchen. Excellent host note, host wife's English is not good, but it is still manageable.

We booked the room before our trip to Venice and received direct some helpful tips from luciano about how to get there. It was no problem at all to organize that with all required information. Also leaving our luggage longer in the be wasn't a problem. The location of the be is good, of course it's not Venice but Venicemestre but with the tram app 3 minutes to Venice in 1520 minutes and shops and restaurants in metre nearby. It's definitely a good spot if you're looking for a less expensive option. Be combination is general, if you're looking for a place close to venice but not too expensive. The be is in a normal house on the second level without an elevator so don't bring too much stuff. Our room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathrooms were also clean, clean and have everything you need, hairdryer, soap, towels. Wifi worked perfectly too. The only small downside is the doors can open and close a little bit, so you may hear that at night if one of the other guests moves, but that's really the only thing I can complain about. Breakfast is good and typical Italian. Do not expect a continental breakfast. croissants still hot filled with some jam, nutella, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, and some fruits. Overall

When I return to Italy, I will definitely make a reservation again! Be column is a tastefully decorated and thoughtfully ran I and I outside of Venice. The venetian meter train station is easily accessible by tram. It takes just two minutes to walk to the public transportation that runs every five minutes to Venice. Luciano as the host is fantastic! He is responsive and offers great suggestions, extremely accommodating even allowing for a late check-out and baggage storage to allow me to explore Venice more. The area surrounding I and I also offers fantastic shopping and dining within a short walk. From the minute I checked in, I felt pampered, and the breakfast was excellent. Having a coffee and tea bar with fruit and biscuits cookies available 24 hours was helpful as I made time for my jet lag.
