L'accueil de l'hôtesse est très chaleureux , pleins de recommandation de visites (malgré une langue différente) , petit déjeuner copieux , rien à redire sur la chambre très calme , à 2 pas du Vatican. Nous y retournerons sûrement

franca the owner was very helpfull in everything and herassistant mirella.She served us a delicious breakfast by homemade materials.the room was very clean every day.the metro was 100 metres distance from the appartment . everything was perfect.grazie ragazze. aleccandro e salvatore.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel but I wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel is located in a beautiful area in a beautiful building, just a few minutes from St Peter's Square. The owner is very friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. The room is clean and clean and has a very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home in Rome.

The hotel is located near everything, it's also very clean, quiet, and has a big room. The bathroom is small. Frank, the owner and director of the inn, is the evidence of its success, she is very friendly, attentive, and proactive. She makes us feel at home and is a big sister.

Excellent location, everything worked perfectly, and the owner is incredibly nice. You feel at home in this place. It's so small with only 23 rooms available. You will truly get the care and attention you require.

franca, for this wonderful visit, I am very fortunate to have a longtime guest at Francs Bob. It truly felt like home away from home. Franca is a welcoming, interesting, colorful, and knowledgeable hostess who will make sure that you have a wonderful stay at her Bob and in the city. She took excellent care of me and made sure I had all I needed. The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and cozy. Breakfast is a fantastic way to begin the day, and the wifi works flawlessly! Thank you so much for a great time!.

I had a wonderful time just once, and this time I was with my mother. It is quite peaceful, and it is near everything by metro, tram, or bus if you are not prepared to walk all day long. There are many excellent restaurants around the corner, restaurants for souvenirs around the corner, and a wealth of excellent gelaterias. Additionally, if you require assistance such as a transfer from the airport, just ask the lovely hostess.

There were many positives regarding our stay at B&B Eternal Rome Inn. We were warmly welcomed by Franca, who spent generous time helping to acclimate us to Rome, offering tips for getting around and suggestions of things to do. Since we were going to be leaving too early the next morning to have a prepared breakfast, she took us into the kitchen and showed us how to help ourselves to tea, coffee and coffeecake. Our room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was very convenient, about a 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums in one direction, and a 10 minute walk to the train station in the other direction. We were welcomed more like friends than paying guests. Franca set a lovely table and prepared a nice breakfast for our other days. A couple FYIs: You should be aware that there are stairs to walk up and no elevator. Also, the bathroom is very tiny. It was adequate for us, but larger people might find it difficult. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would stay again.
