I loved the cleanliness here. The breakfast was a little bare bones, still very good. My room was spotless. The location is great and should need ever arise that I need to be in that area again you will definitely be considered.

Finest people I think I have ever met. Especially the desk host Aurora. I had had an experience that was extremely trying and I was really feeling dark and dreary and wanted to go back home to the United States. Aurora was just so kind and amazing that she ended up kind of resetting me. She gave me back my trip to Europe. I finished the following 10 days of my trip so much better for having stayed there and been so uplifted by such a wonderful kind host. If people matter to you, I can tell you you matter to these people. Stay at this place. They deserve it and they earn it and you will never regret it. Great breakfast too.

It’s a great place to stay! The front desk staff are helpful, it’s very walkable to most of Romes amazing sites and it’s very clean. My only issue is the breakfast. It needs to be replenished so everyone has access to a variety of foods. Other than that, it’s a 10/10.

Wonderful gem of a hotel! Walkable to most of Romes amazing sites! It’s clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. Please give the nice gal who works days some help with the breakfast situation. She works so hard manning the front desk and the breakfast area. She can’t keep up with everything. Today, there was barely any food left and she was trying and working so hard. I felt so bad for her. It’s not her fault. Other than this, it’s a wonderful location! We are very happy with our stay!

This is a great place to stay. It’s clean and simple, with a decent breakfast that corresponds well with the price. Very friendly staff as well! I would for sure return. Just a few things to be aware of. The hotel is on the first/second floor (depending on how you count). There’s in an elevator but it’s tiny, and when it stops there’s still a few steps to get into the hotel. So if you’re in a wheelchair you can forget about this hotel, it’s not accessible. You’ll also have trouble if you have heavy suitcases, strollers etc. But if you can manage stairs you’ll be happy at this hotel. Only real downsides was that sometimes it takes ages for the staff to open the outside door. You have to ring a bell to get in, and they usually open quickly but sometimes staff doesn’t hear the phone if they’re preparing breakfast or something. And the other downside was that our door wasn’t working properly and we had to slam it first to make it lock properly. We figure out a technique later to close it quietly but the doors need some adjustments, as I heard other doors had the same issue.
