六日間宿泊しました。古いホテルですと虫が不安な為、こちらのホテルにしました。結果正解で新築感のある大変きれいなホテルで、朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフさんも英語のわからない私達にも根気よく付き合ってくれました。水上バスの駅からとても近く便利で、かつ駅も水上バスも空いているのでいつも座りたい席に座れて良かったです。個人的には混んでるリアルト橋やサンマルコのホテルより落ち着いていて良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The AC works great, the room was spacious, the bathroom shower had strong water pressure and they provided shampoo and soaps. If you need toothpaste or toothbrush, there was a charge 1.5 EURO even coffee or teas in front desk. Location was great and nice views

I believe staying here is the real hack! AMAZING location and the hotel overall is just great. Water taxis are within just 8min walking distance but also the people mover is about the same distance giving you full access to venice. STAYING HERE WONT DAMAGE OR BREAK YOUR LUGGAGE WHEELS and you can get there through public transportation or taxis (from the Airport)

This is a very nice hotel, close to water bus. We arrived early 11 something in the morning and the staff that help us is very professional and very kind. He let us check In so that we can rest and freshen up before going to center.

Great location, especially for travellers with large luggage. Being able to reach the hotel easily by taxi is a huge advantage, particularly if you have an early flight. The windows are not particularly soundproof. The chirping birds may be pleasant for some guests, but if you’re a light sleeper or looking for uninterrupted sleep, I’d recommend bringing earplugs.

Although located on the outskirts of Venice, this hotel was just 5 minutes from Tronchetto, making it easy to get to anywhere in the city. The property is new and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel covers all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good experience and a convenient base for exploring Venice.

We visited this week. Rooms were clean and tidy. Enough space for the 3 adults in our party. The power did go out twice when we arrived but not for long. And the shower door wouldn’t close properly. But this didn’t affect our stay. We didn’t have breakfast, but walked through on the morning, where there was a selection of pastries and cereal. We just grabbed a croissant and coffee from the cafe over the road.
