La Casa Nel Giardino is the most wonderful, lovely place and our host was SO helpful with recommendations of places to eat, visit, and find transportation. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and had nice travel amenities, coffee, snacks, etc. We saw a gorgeous sunset from the property and enjoyed relaxing in the garden, but it was also a great location to serve as a base point for day trips to Positano, Amalfi, Procida and Capri. We give La Casa Nel Giardino our highest recommendation!

Gorgeous grounds and property, very comfortable, spacious & so pretty! Gaetano was excellent, so helpful and very kind. The gardens are stunning. Felt like we were home!! We will definitely be back!!!

The host Gaetano was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Prior to arrival he messaged to suggest a meeting point as sat navs guide you through a route that’s not possible by car. On that note, when staying at La Casa nel Giardino, I recommend you having transport, but don’t make the mistake we did, and hire a medium sized car - we hired a Nissan Qashqai. Roads in this area are quite narrow, versus the UK, so recommend a small or compact car. Having said that, you get used to the scooter riders who are forever trying to overtake, undertake or avoid a head-on collision. We worked out that’s the norm here and got used to it :). La Casa nel Giardino is wonderful for getting away from it all. Good supermarket in Piano di Sorrento called Conad, which is great value. Gaetano recommended an amazing boat trip across to Capri, with return transport via taxi. That was the highlight of our stay. It all worked like clockwork, with a very helpful and entertaining crew. This accommodation is high spec, clean and has everything you need.

Positive: The host was extremely helpful. We had issues with the rental car company and the host was of great assistance in solving the issue. The location was close to sightseeing. The room although small was very clean. Everything in it worked perfectly Negative: The breakfast was mostly sweet.

I enjoyed my stay at this property for the 2 nights I reserved. It was a last minute reservation and I was happy they were able to accommodate me. The space was spacious in comparison to some of my Italian stays I've had all trip. The host was very accommodating to make sure I had consistent taxi's to and from all my stops of interests. Everything was up to par and I'm sad I didn't take advantage of the terrace I had access to.

Super mooi verblijf, hele aardige host! Geen vraag is te veel. Ontbijt was netjes geregeld, met lekkere sap en yoghurt in eigen koelkast. Parkeren op eigen terrein ook heel fijn!

The place wasn't awesome very clean and very modern looking from the inside . The place is about 5 minute drive to the train station where it's just two stops to sorrento . I advise doing this and taking a ferry to Capri . The owner is amazing -- he is extremely exremely helpful !!! Gaetano what a legend he helped me look up bus times and also dropped me off multiple times when the Sita bus came . The Sita bus sucks fyi! Doesn't stop closeby to the b&b even though it should have! If u want to stay here I would advise renting a car as public transport as it is not close by . I would definitely recommend to stay here the place was really nice and couldn't ask for a better host. Can't get this type of service at a hotel!!

We simply cannot say enough about the gem of a property. If you plan on heading to the Sorrento area make sure to call this your home. A bed and breakfast located within a stunning property and surrounded by gardens where you can sit and enjoy nature or even a bbq if you wish. Our room was actually a lovely bright bedroom with a separate kitchen and modern bathroom. The rate was excellent. The owner is a wonderful young man who cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. When we arrived in the town we simply called him and he came to pick us up. We would definitely return to this property.

Sono stato a Piano di Sorrento per il primo vespa raduno nazionale organizzato dal vespa club Sorrento terra delle Sirene e devo dire che la location è stata spettacolare . Comunque il proprietario del Bob e ' stato molto gentile e cordiale.Tranquillita' assoluta per chi vuole rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo vicino ai posti bellissimi della costiera. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che per qualsiasi motivo devono soggiornare nei pressi di Sorrento. Complimenti.

Thank you, Gaetano and your cleaning crew. We recently got back from a fantastic weeklong stay in this beautiful location. Everything was rigorously tidy, and everything was done to a very high standard. Our host, Gaetano, was very accommodating in arranging our taxi transfers and being patient when we arrived late at night. Its been a real pleasure! Although slightly off the beaten path, the home was just a 1015 minute stroll downhill to the train station, where you can easily take the train to torrent 4 minutes, 2 stops for a few euros, and you can also go to Vesuvius in the opposite direction. Although we did not do it ourselves, we cant provide more details. The tiny marina was just a short walk down, and there is a 50cent lift that will take you uptown to the cliff rather than strolling. Two businesses with a few minutes walk sell fresh vegetables and water beds without having to go up the hill from the supermarket. We stayed in the apartment with a terrace, which was a good size and had a large electric canopy to use if the sun got too much. Overall, I think this is a fantastic find, and as long as you dont fear to use your legs a bit, as long as you can, this is an idyllic, delightful home with a perfect host!

Really enjoyed ourselves at this wonderful place. This place has a beautiful garden setting. This place is very recommended. The room was freshly furnished with a beautiful decor that was very comfortable. The host named Gaetano was so considerate and helpful when we had to get out of town.

I'd recommend La Casa Nel Protecting for anyone traveling along the Mali Coast. After traversing the busy Mali Coast, La Casa Nel Protecting was the ideal tranquil getaway. The apartment was charmingly restored, roomy, and well-stocked. It is in a lovely structure that is surrounded by tranquil neighbours, neighboring mountains, and fruitful lemon trees. After a busy day of travelling along the coast, we started our day drinking coffee in the garden before returning to the garden hammock. Gaetano was quite helpful when we arrived to assist us with carrying our luggage, arrange a driver, and suggest restaurants where locals enjoy fresh cuisine.

I came across this be on Trip Advisor and was encouraged by the excellent reviews. But I feel the reviews are very misleading so I feel I should leave my honest thoughts here. My italian partner and I spent two weeks traveling through Italy and stopped for three nights in torrent, staying at Bela Casa Nel Guarding. The accommodation itself is a shared property with three rooms belonging to bela Casa Nel Guarding. We struggled to find the property which seems to be a common theme despite many signs and upon arrival, we were helped with our bags to our room which was very nice. The room itself was very comfortable with air conditioning and modern appliances tes in both the lounge and bedroom. I was disappointed to learn that breakfast was actually just a tray of baked goods in packets which is replenished daily with coffee pods for use in the coffee machine. The attraction of the place was the images of the beautiful garden of the property. My partner and I sat for about an hour to relax and suddenly realized why it was so empty. There were hundreds of mosquitoes! On a positive note, the owner gave us a very good suggestion for a pizza restaurant! In conclusion, I felt the reviews were very misleading and the property was very overpriced considering the service provided.

I highly recommend this location. I booked this for 3 nights for my job and will come back next week. The place is so nice and peaceful and the owner, Gaetano, is so kind. He makes you feel at home and always willing to help you. The rooms appear to have recently and meticulously renovated, and they are also very clean and comfortable.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Positano und Nerano, gewählt. Gut gelegen, netter Gastgeber und saubere, grosse Unterkunft. Nur das „Frühstück“ könnte man noch etwas optimieren 😉

Das Gartenappartement hat praktisch kein Fenster. Obwohl in der Beschreibung von einem Balkon die Rede war! Der war nicht vorhanden. Sehr schmales Doppelbett. Den Kühlschrank hörte man die ganze Nacht surren, da der Schlafraum nicht mit einer Türe abgetrennt war. Der Vermieter teilte uns nach Beanstandung in das grössere Appartement um, da dieses nicht belegt war. Das Appartement Rosa verfügt über ein grösseres Bett. Aber auch hier praktisch keine Fenster. Der Gratisparkplatz ist sehr gut, da man in Sorrento praktisch kaum irgendwo parkieren kann. Das Appartement ist sonst gut ausgestattet und praktisch neu. Für einfach Übernachten ganz komfortabel.

O lugar é longe de tudo , não trocam os lençóis todos os dias , o café da manhã é snacks! O anfitrião não conseguiu nos fornecer taças para tomarmos um vinho , estamos em lua de mel . Achei bizarro, pois estou na Itália!
