Very welcoming and great location. Staff friendly. Building & room access is very easy and secure. Air conditioning worked perfect and it was hot in Como. Great for sleeping.

We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms updated.

Siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu B&B erinomaisella sijainnilla. Majoitukseen oli helppo löytää juna-asemalta ja myöskin päiväretket ja lautat lähtivät läheltä majoitusta. Moderni ja tilava WC. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, joihin sai helposti yhteyden puhelimella ja WhatsAppilla. Käytävältä ja toisista huoneista, sekä ikkunan alla olevalta kadulta kuului jonkin verran melua. Aamupala viereisessä kahvilassa oli hyvä ja henkilökunta sielläkin ystävällistä. Majottuisin ehdottomasti uudestaan tässä B&Bssä!

Convenient property located right in the heart of Como. Easy walking distance to the lake, dining options and cafes. The room on the first floor was clean and bright, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... I totally recommend this place !!!

Camilla and her family were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us great dining recommendations. This place is the perfect location and you can conveniently walk anywhere. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

In the city center, walkable distance to everything. Very clean, safe for families. Very helpful staff, but discrete, not intrusive, like almost you are in your own home.

Location as others have said is very convenient to the ferry, Cathedral, restaurants, main harbor and shopping. Air conditioned which is a plus. There is a musty mildew smell at first (guess to be expected with heat and humidity) but room is very clean. 20 minutes downhill walk from train station. Rough with luggage. Take bus back. Bus stop short walk by harbor.

Position, position, position, a little haven in the heart of Como, an excellent location within walking distance of Como San Giovani train station and close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was nice, clean and tidy with comfortable bed, pillows and a shower with good pressure. Communication for access was very good.
