The proprietor, Marco, is very helpful in making a reservation for your room and providing general area advice. Consider booking the entire condo for family reunions. Roma 474 is a clean and economical condole bed breakfast for travelers who enjoy being far from overwhelmingly touristy locations. You can live like a local as well as being conveniently located close to the Vatican City, along the bus line, and a short distance from the airport shuttle stop. The rooms are spacious and contemporary. On your way to the metro, step up the street and grab a cappuccino. Get your water bottle filled up at one of the top-notch ancient fountains just steps away from your entrance. Its fun and youll enjoy walking there. The 916 bus into ancient Rome, then depart to your tranquil room at i. Put on a comfy mattress. Relax in the common area with a glass of wine. Sit on your balcony and observe the local life.

This was a fantastic stay, and the service was probably the best I've ever had. When our flight was delayed, Marco was really helpful and waited up until a.m. to check us in. Marco was also excellent at communicating both before and after we arrived, assisting with transportation from the airport and once we arrived. The room was modern and spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, and a number of buses stand about 200 meters down the road. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

For me, the room was spotless, which is vital to my wife and me. With the windows closed, the noise at night was minimal, and the mattress was amazingly cozy. Marco took fantastic help in demonstrating how to get to and from the apartment. A few gelaterias, though, will undoubtedly take advantage of those nearby stores and the metro's proximity to it. Because you made our visit so enjoyable and simple, I'm grateful!.

I've returned to Rome and have not even thought about staying elsewhere. It's been two years since I had a fantastic experience at Roma 474. Despite it's increased popularity in the past two years, the be still looks completely different. It has been meticulously maintained. Congratulations to the host, marco. The blue room was my last accommodation. I've got to stay in the yellow one. Both are fantastic. The yellow room has cool lighting while the blue one is a little larger. But one of the rooms is nothing unusual.

We will never need to search for another place to stay in Rome again. In December, my husband and I stayed at Roma 474 for three days and nights. Everything about this i was fantastic to us. All the rooms have spacious windows that we could see through while they were being cleaned, and there was a lot of light. The furnishings, lighting, and wallpaper are all very attractive and stylish. The design was evidently meticulously thought out. The bed was quite comfy, which we really appreciated after a long day on our feet. I appreciated the wall of the common space and its architecture in the closet, which was so distinctive that I stayed there in a hotel with a private patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. The proprietor is a very polite and accessible man, the owner, who has a variety of I hotels, which are run by a company and are completely impersonal. Peters Square, with piazza argentina and the pantheon, one may go from there. It's remarkable that there is one bus that stops just three minutes from the building's entrance, the 916's front door. Surprisedly, one bus stops at so many of the world's most important Roman sites it. The cafe caters to locals, so one gets a true sense of the neighborhood. In addition, the wifi is rather fast, strangely.
