B&B is located close to the city centre and main bus station. It is the third floor and there is no elevator, so you should be ready) You can have tea and coffee during the day, can use all stuff in the kitchen and refrigerator too. Bathroom is always clean. Breakfast is good!

I liked my spacious room, very quiet. The shared bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was a plus. The owner is very nice. The property is very well located a block away from the Gran Canal and close to Piazza Unità. On the minus side: three long flights of stairs. Good value. Recommended.

It was a great stay and the owners were very accommodating, even when I checked in late and I had to check-out early in the morning. They had a great breakfast in the morning including different pastries, bread, fruit, and meat. The room itself was very cute and really allowed you to feel like you were in Italy! I really loved it and would definitely go back again!

It was a really nice stay. The Bed&Breakfast is located in a really nice old Italian house in one of the apartments. We had a private bathroom that was separate from our room but really close by - so it did not matter. The bed was a bit noisy because it was made of metall but it was matching the style of the room and the apartment. Everything was really pretty and clean. The location was great: right on the city center and close to the central station as well as close to a public parking lot (10€/a day). We enjoyed our stay!

First night was fantastic. All the major tourist attractions are in the area and walkable from the hotel. Near the canal and coastline. The aircorn in the room was fantastic. Breakfast is simple but fresh and delicious. Can be reached by foot from the station in about 20 minutes. Sadly, on our second night, we were spoiled by visitors who were smoking in the common breakfast area and their room. The smoke permeated our room. There is a no-smoking policy necessary. There are three flights of stairs to ascend. No air conditioning. Only one shared bathroom is adequate if all rooms are occupied. 34 rooms.

It's a charming small space just steps from the famous canal, but it's also a walk up. And not just any walk up, but up about 4 flights of stairs. Every time we went out to explore Trieste and came back, collapse into the comfortable bed. This wasn't an issue because we were there in the late fall, but this location charges extra for air conditioning, which I found a bit irritating. They also didn't put in a lot of effort for breakfast. The spread was decent, but there was nothing warm food. The internet was also a little sparse. The proprietress was nice but mediocre at the minimum.

This is a very nice Italian woman running this place. The rooms are all quite different and have a lovely interior. The breakfast is nice and the service is good. There is also AC for the hot summer days. Overall, this place is fantastic!

This hotel is located in the city center, just 3 minutes from Trieste's canal grande. The service from the employee was excellent. However, the room was loud at night.

The location is very strategic, within walking distance to the grand canal. We got a large spacious room, which was bright and clean. Our room had a good traditional street view. The kitchen was nice too. But sadly we can't come back here because of this issue. Hopefully next time we will stay here again, we will have a good experience with them.

Lo stabile è signorile con stanze bene arredate e pulite. Bagno condiviso pulito e ordinato. Le stanze sono al terzo piano e non c'è l'ascensore perciò non sono adatte a chi soffre gli scalini. Molto vicino al centro e al terminal bus e stazione ferroviaria

I locali molto belli e curati. Ci è piaciuto lo stile e l'arredamento. Colazione buona e ben fornita. L'unica cosa che ci è piaciuta un po' meno è stato il bagno in comune con un'altra stanza. Del resto tutto benissimo.
