This hotel is perfect for a stay in Venice. This hotel in Venice was selected because it was close to the bus station and the excitement. The parking lot for the bus train station is around 10 minutes by foot, but remember to print out the journey because Google can't always accurately depict it. Because the hotel is near the waterway, you can take the water taxi or the airport taxi!, which are both available in a small courtyard. Save! when you arrive because the owner's son will open the front door, making it a great source of information about Venice and transportation. Our ground-floor family room, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, was perfectly roomy and tastefully decorated. The outdated and well-equipped room was new. It was an enjoyable and satisfying morning brunch served on the garden patio.

I just got back from a weekend in Venice. This hotel is quite old but has plenty of character. If you're a hilton or madison person, this isn't for you! A true venetian hotel is exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable in Venice. There was a grd single bed in the room for two people. The restroom was more than adequate with a mixer-tap shower and basic toiletries. The bed and towels were immaculate. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is not the most easy to find, but in a small, tranquil courtyard, everything is within a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was simple but adequate: cereal, toast, jams, and yogurt. We never took our supplies because you do not get that often in Europe. We enjoyed our stay and loved how old this was. Breakfast is served in a tiny garden or your room. I would return. The hotel was very quiet, but nearby there were loud church bells!.

The place is so gorgeous and beautiful in the Cannaregio area, there are nice restaurants close by, and the wifi is actually so slow but still functional. Then, the breakfast was so yummy. Subsequently, the location is great, as it is close to the train station, 2 vaporetto stops, and close to the vaporetto stops. Besides that, the staffs were so helpful, especially the staff who served us that kind breakfast.

vladimir, nicole, and paula were extremely warm and helpful throughout our stay. In contrast to other lodgings in Venice, we received a wonderful rate of 3 nights with continental breakfast in a charming courtyard. However, be cautious not to disturb the nasty pigeons! Breakfast was unquestionably adequate, but if you want an extravagant meal, go somewhere and pay to have a chef. Since we were out and about in venice for a good time, our room was adequate in terms of cleanliness and convenience. Although we always found it convenient to walk to the grand canal and the train station, the interstate area on the opposite side is convenient for other modes of transportation. It was somewhat difficult for me to locate the location since the road was short coming from the airport taxi, and I had previously done Google and shot it. But thankfully, we turned right into the leone courtyard, which was full of lions. If you can, ask for directions in advance. Enjoy.

The location is ideal with easy access to the bus station and station. The surrounding area appears a little worn out due to its position just off the main road. We planned to get to the hotel early in the morning, but unfortunately, our train was delayed. Yet, the hotel was accommodating and held up our reservation. Our room was clean and comfy, and had excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the courtyard, which was about half finished. With a little care and attention, it would be a wonderful space. Crumbles, toast, cereal, orange juice, and teacup coffee were included in breakfast itself. It was quite suitable for us, however, other people might want a choice.
