Ca' San Marco - A Due Passi Dalla Basilica

1. To comply with Article 109 of the TULPS (Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza, Italy’s Consolidated Public Security Act), all guests staying overnight at the property must be enumerated on the reservation and are required to provide valid identity documents for registration with the authorities within 72 hours of completing reservation. Up to two additional guests may enter the unit only with advance coordination and explicit host authorization and they must depart before quiet hours of 23:00. Any unregistered/unauthorized guests entering the rental unit will result in a penalty of €25 per person, per entry.

2. Please do not use towels or bedsheets for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain.

3. Smoking or vaping anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking or of tampering with our specialized smoke/vape detectors in the unit will incur a non-negotiable fee that can exceed 500€ fee for overtime cleaning costs, scheduling disruptions, and claim processing.

4. We are happy to welcome pets with a pet fee. However, pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be walked at least once a day. Guests must clean up after pets both inside the home and when walking them outside. Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover any additional cleaning necessary due to the presence of pets.
