This place had wonderful and kind host, excellent bedding, fresh furniture, and roomy rooms. On the positive side, the room was spacious. On the negative side, the room was very loud on the main street, the window was old and could not be closed properly, resulting in the sound that came in. The water was scarcely warm, we were freezing taking showers, and we were frozen. This is absolutely no benefit for us. Toilet seats with broken and unclean toilets, no paper allowed, and the hallway outside the apartment is very dated and scuffed.

If I want to come for a few nights, this hotel is the ideal choice. Room and toilet were spotless, and the continental breakfast in the downstairs bar was also excellent. The location was also strategically located close to the central railway station.

This hotel is in a great position, merely a few steps from the train station. We stayed here one night in an effort to be close to the train to the airport. As others have noted, the building is quite old, and the street entrance is being renovated some way. I'm on the first floor. There is an old elevator that works, but up to the rooms is one straightforward flight of steps. We notified them when we intended to arrive, and a receptionist, perhaps the owner, gave us a warm welcome. Our room was exceptionally lovely, newly renovated, bright, with high ceilings, spacious windows, and new furniture. The linen was of good quality. We had a peaceful night's sleep here. While the rooms face a busy street, there was little street noise when the shutters were closed. The wifi worked well for us without any problems. There was a little communal kitchen area with complimentary coffee, juice, and bottled water, but there are numerous bakeries nearby if you want to eat breakfast out. A week before arrival in Cagliari, we stayed in a hotel on the same level. It was fine, but I would say this one was better value. The bed and linens were nicer here and the free beverages and kitchen were a bonus. The fact that toilet paper could not be left in

I stayed in room 6 as a single user. It was very clean and had a nice bathroom with no shower. My friend stayed next door. The reception is not continuously staffed, which was not an issue for us. There is tea, coffee, and water bottles in the reception, which you can help yourself to. Breakfast is in a small cafe next door, I wish we had been informed beforehand. 5 for a glass of orange juice, one coffee, tea, and a pastry. Very nice, but I don't think I will book this if I return. The hotel is in a really convenient location and I would certainly be happy to stay here again.
