Tudo foi perfeito, desde o check in realizado pelo Matteo, de extrema competência e muito gentil, conseguindo trocar o meu quarto para evitar subida de escadas. O quarto estava tudo em ordem, cama confortável, banheiro bom, frigobar e cofre. A localização do hotel é perfeita, a cerca de 400 metros da estação de trem e 400 metros da Piazzale Roma, onde se pega o ônibus normal e o executivo para o Aeroporto Marco Polo. É possível conhecer praticamente todos os pontos turísticos de Veneza a pé ou de vaporeto. Recomendo muito o Hotel Carlton Capri e da próxima vez que vier a Veneza vou me hospedar no mesmo hotel. O café da manhã também é muito bom e as funcionárias simpáticas, competentes e gentis.

O quarto tinha um espaço OK e ótima limpeza. A decoração é mais antiga, mas nota-se que é bem conservada. Os produtos disponibilizados também são de ótima qualidade. O único ponto é que é necessário deixar a chave do quarto sempre que for sair (talvez seja uma prática comum em Veneza, mas desconhecíamos), há recepção funcionando 24/7 então na chegada eles prontamente nos entregavam.

The hotel is clean, air conditioning works well, staff answered all our questions. It is well situated between the train station and bus station for travelers carrying their luggage. Quiet. There is also a nice laundromat, luggage storage, restaurant and ATM just around the corner. The only drawback is that the small outside terrace we saw doesn’t seem accessible to guests.

The location of this hotel was spectacular. Truly all about, location, location, location. It’s extremely close to the grand Canal and only about a five minute walk from the train station which made arriving and leaving Venice with luggage so easy. Tip: if you can’t manage your heavy luggage across the bridge, there are porters that will haul your luggage over the bridge for €10. The room itself is a little dated, but the air conditioning ran wonderfully cold, the breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. Since Venice is a city where you walk everywhere, staying somewhere so convenient made the trip enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again for the unbeatable location, air conditioning, and hospitality.

We both realy enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very convenient but back from the main hustle & bustle. Every thing was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, a good choice and good quality. But it was the staff that made it for us. So friendly and helpful even when we had an issue with the lift nothing was too much trouble. They sprang into action and quickly resolved our predicament. We will definitely be back. Many thanks.

El mejor hotel! Totalmente veneciano y lleno de charla. El personal muy amable y servicial, con resguardo de equipaje, y un desayuno muy rico. La habitación era perfecta en todo! Espacio, baño, camas, vista y decoración. El hotel se ubica muy cerca de la central de trenes Santa Lucía y puedes ir y venir a pie. Para ir a Piazza San Marcos hay indicaciones y aunque vas entre callejones todo es muy tranquilo y seguro. En definitiva volveremos a quedarnos en el Carlton Capri Hotel cuando volvamos a Venecia! Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Had a great time here!! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the daytime staff. This was a great hotel for the price. Better than expected by far. I didn’t understand how great a location it was until I was trying to carry my luggage through cobbled the streets of Venice. It is about a six minute walk from the train station.
