Beautiful little place in the heart of Venice! Clean, well apportioned large room with many amenities. Included in-room espresso machine, AC, WiFi, clean linens, shower, soaps, in-room breakfast. Right near many cafes and restaurants and a beautiful vintage church. Great deal! AWESOME: the manager is very friendly and she will sit with you and fill up a local map with many things to do and see depending on what your interests are. BAD: Google Maps has no idea where this is (or most of Venice, ha ha) so don't use it to find it, you will waste hours. Hotel will send you instructions to follow. Venice 'addresses' are not like most street addresses (e.g. "number - street - city") It's more like: "general area - number" or possibly: "general area - point of interest - number"

Lovely little guest house in a brilliant location. Great sized room, very clean and tidy. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge in our room. Extremely helpful staff advising us on how to get the most of our time in Venice. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience staying here! The door is just slightly off the main street and plaza. Once you find it once it is really easy to get back to. The room was spacious enough for two. No window views but amazing views were just right outside the door. Our room had a pleasant deep pink wall color. The bathroom was serviceable and shower had decent pressure. Highlight of the stay was getting to talk to the owner. She was so helpful and funny. She gave very good recommendations for Venice and the surrounding islands. Venice was one of my favorite cities this trip.

Realmente una grata experiencia, lo pasamos muy bien, nos dieron todas las indicacions turisticas necesarias, cuidaron de nuestras maletas cuando hicimos el check out y ademas nos dejaron todo preparado para nuestro check in ya que llegamos tarde. Muy buen servicio, eso si está mal señalizado y si vas de noche probablemente te pierdas, quizás recomendaria un cartel.

Very helpful staff. Even loaned us an adaptor so we could charge our US phones. Gave a good recommendation for a nearby restaurant which was very good.

Todo muy bien, buena relación calidad precio. La recepcionista sumamente amable. Una recomendación para otros huéspedes, el link de la reserva de la página no funciona en Google maps, los lleva a un lugar a 10 cuadras de distancia. Lo ideal es buscarlo por el nombre del alojamiento, no por la dirección. Gracias por todo.

Hotel muy centrico, al lado del puente de rialto. La habitacion muy amplia. Lo peor, el baño muy viejo, la ducha rota, pero eso se puede entender, lo que no tolero es que no lo limpiaron, la papelera estaba llena del anterior huesped, la taza del water sucia, y como no habia nadie en recepcion, no te podias quejar. La habitacion sinque estaba limpia, solo era el baño

Property is located in Canareggio--about 20 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma, 5 minutes walk from nearest (Ca'D'Oro) vaporetto stop. Even with directions provided by the manager, it was not easy to find at first. Manager was very courteous and helpful--but she is there only a few hours daily. No front-desk; no assistance when the manager isn't on duty. First room we were given had no usable safe (key had apparently been taken by a previous guest, and no spare) and a broken mini-fridge. We were moved the following day to a different room, with usable safe and working mini-fridge. Beds in both rooms were quite comfortable queen-size beds (as we requested). Room was quite spacious. Bed was made-up daily--but used towels were left in the bathroom--just as we had left them--sometimes on the floor as bathmat. So it's clear that the bathroom wasn't really cleaned. Room had an espresso machine with capsules, instant coffee and tea, and snacks--nice touches. Reception and some guest rooms are on second floor--no elevator--and others on third floor. We managed--but this is a critical matter for disabled or elderly guests who may be unable to handle the steps. Apparently the property recently changed hands, and the new owner is slowly getting around to updating and repairing it. It served our modest needs, and I'm sure that with investment of both time and money, it will be a lovely option for those wishing to experience the beauty of Venice.

Probably suited for younger people or local tourists, the manager was very helpful, but the rooms need more light - was like shaving to candlelight! The shower was so tiny, that every time you moved you knocked the water off !

The room was not clean. During our stay waste box was not collected for 3 days. TV was not working. It was not fixed altough I asked a couple of times . The lady working for the front desk is available only for a couple of hours. One day the electricity went for a couple hours in the evening. We tried to fix it according to the instructions given by the front desk lady on the phone!! It did not work ofcourse. I don't think this hotel deserves its rating.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Antes que nada, decir que no somos una pareja escrupulosa y que no buscamos ningún tipo de lujo; pero si un mínimo de higiene. La habitación es bastante amplia, pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. En el armario nos encontramos una chaqueta, palillos de las orejas y los edredones tirados; por lo que ni se molestaron en abrirlo. El suelo estaba sucio y la moqueta también, al lado de la mesita de noche había una cucharilla que llevaba alli varios días. El baño no iba a ser menos, las cortinas de la ducha y la ventana con manchas asquerosas. Y por último, al llegar la noche aparecieron los mosquitos... matamos más de 20 y los que sobrevivieron! Ah y el último día que nos llovió aparecieron goteras y se nos mojaron las maletas. Pero vaya... a parte de eso Venecia es preciosa! Me sorprende que los comentarios sobre este hotel sean tan buenos, quizás tuvimos mala suerte, pero no creo que esa falta de higiene apareciera de un día para otro.

O apartamento não fica na localização mostrada pelo mapa. Fizemos a reserva porque ficava ao lado do hotel da minha prima. Quando vimos que o endereço era outro tivemos que reservar outro e não fomos reembolsados. Acho que o proprietário e expedia são responsáveis por esta informação ser correta, mas ninguém fez nada para ajudar. The apartment is not in the location shown by the map. We made the reservation because it was next to my cousin's hotel. When we saw that the address was another we had to book another and we were not refunded. I think the owner and shipper are responsible for this information being correct, but no one has done anything to help.

Very worst, Before check-in I called hotel and informed that I will be checking in around 11 pm, but when I arrived no one picked up the phone or responded the door bell. I end up booking another hotel.
