The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to do the extras and were very attentive. The room was sparkling clean. The hot tub was great at night after a long day. The air conditioning is the best we've had in all of Italy. The location is perfect for shopping and walking to nearby attractions.

The small hotel is tucked away off a side street that is in a great location, within a short walk of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is very modern and tastefully decorated. Despite being in an area with lots of noise from the street, the rooms are quiet due to the well-insulated windows. We appreciated the in-room coffee and the coffee and water on the pleasant roof-top patio. We will stay here again on our next visit!

Amazing, exactly as described. Very quiet rooms close to restaurants, coffee shops, and walkable to many sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Es un pequeño Hotel boutique perfectamente bien ubicado con habitaciones amplias limpias confortables cafetera nesspreso servi bar, perfectamente decorado, la cama extraordinaria, el sistema de recepción que es limitado se suple muy bien con una clave de acceso. Que no esta acorde para poder decir que es un 10 absoluto: la hora de check out es a las 10 am sin posibilidad alguna de prórroga y el check inn es a las 3 pm es decir hay 5 horas entre uno y otro seria recomendable que se entendiera a las 12 como es normalmente o bien 11 am cuando menos. La segunda cosa que falta es un baño para huéspedes en áreas comunes si sales de la hbaitación a las 10 y resguardas ru equipaje en el pasillo por que no hay mas espacio, seria conveniente poder tener un baño. Por lo demas esta de lujooooooooo por supuesto que me volvería a quedar muchas veces más.

Casa Guttman is an excellent choice for people who want to explore the historical zone with ease… Facility was amazing, very clean, and excellent staff, Princess was very helpful in any directions or information that we needed! I highly recommend this for anybody wishing to stay in the historic zone!

Solo pasé una noche, la propiedad está muy limpia y nueva. Comoda. El baño muy bien. Lo unico que deben tomar en cuenta es el check in y out, la recepcionista solo esta de 8:00am a 8:00pm, el check out es a las 10:00am.

Casa Guttmann is in an excellent location - it’s so close to many of the things we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Princess was especially helpful when we arrived and when we needed assistance. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.

Great staff and cleaning service. very clean rooms. We were in the 2 bedroom + loft with the terrace and hot tub. Kids loved the room, it was very spacious. It is also a great location, next to Trevi, pantheon, Spanish steps and so many restaurants. Most tourist spots are walkable

Small room but clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Checkout was strict and early but they offered to store our bags so we could explore a little longer. The rooftop coffee hang out was a nice touch. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain and places to eat. Lastly, we arrived after the check in window but the staff sent us the code so we didn’t have any issues on our first stay. It was a good stay.

nice accommodation, clean and great location My only criticism was that it was very hot in the room , and when we asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, we were told that it was set to warm only So we tried to sleep with the window open , which was a problem as the room faced the main road , that coupled with the road being re surfaced, it was extremely noisy , we asked for a room on the other side and I was told that I had paid for a standard room and the one on the other side would not be available, I offered to pay more despite paying over a thousand pounds , and it was not possible, so not the restful holiday at all, Also with limited front desk availability, I am afraid I shall not be recommending this particular place

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for would not include access to the second bedroom because there were only two guests listed on the reservation. This made little sense, as I specifically booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite with two king beds so that each guest would have their own room and bed. Rather than proactively resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to access the second bedroom. After a long day of travel, this was both frustrating and unnecessary. The matter was not properly addressed until I firmly requested to speak with a manager and made it clear that I would dispute the charges if the accommodations I reserved were not honored. Only then was the situation rectified. Guests should not have to escalate concerns in order to receive what they have already paid for. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the flow of the space made it easy to relax, unpack, and settle in immediately. The bedroom areas offered privacy and stunning views of Rome’s skyline. The upstairs seating area was inviting and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The suite was spotless, and the hotel’s location was ideal—conveniently close to transportation, dining, and major attractions. Overall, despite the rocky start, the stay met my expectations. The room was fine. After a long day of travel we needed a bathroom when arriving. The property does not have a lobby. Also folks gathered outside of property door - busy and loud most hours.

It’s hard to begin how horrible Casa Gutman was. .While the location was excellent, and originally Fabio the manager was kind, things went from mediocre to just horrible. It started with the shower, that does not have a back door, so the water sprays all over the bathroom, and then the fact that the electricity went off at night and was off for four hours, to the fact that they could not clean the room after 3 o’clock because the housekeeping staff leaves, although we were told that wouldn’t be a problem when we first checked in, to the fact that there were no plugs in the room except for one in the bathroom to use to charge your phone or for anything else. We stayed there literally one day out of the four that we had scheduled. Air-conditioning was intermittent. We’ve traveled all over the world and stayed really in some remote places, but this was by far the worst accommodation anywhere. Rather than a boutique hotel, this was a.bootique hostel with really very little care for the patron. There was no storage space, only one drawer, and poorly designed throughout. I would rate this a one star at best. My hope is that no other Expedia customer gets subjected to this horrible hotel.
